Acacia Seeds
And
Bark against termite
CHAPTER I
Introduction:
One of the common uses of acacia is for its wood. This is because it is an
extremely durable wood. It can also resist water damage and scratching,
because these trees are so fast growing.
Acacia is a tropical tree that can is commonly found here in the Philippines.
It is one of the used sources of wood that can be used in building houses,
making furniture and other wooden works. Termites digest food and there
food are pieces of wood, paper and other materials containing cellucose.
Abstract:
In this Investigatory Project, some people nowadays are concerned with the
termites, so our research would like to invent a new insecticide using barks
and seeds from Acacia tree. Due to the efficiency of Acacia Tree and Bark
against the insects, it can be a great help to lessen the insects.
1). Insecticidal can help humans and places away from insects:
Insecticidal out of Acacia Tree can help many people from sickness and it
can also help places like empty warehouse, forest, and many more, so than it
can be clean and also it will lessen those insects from bugging us.
By making an insecticidal, we can avoid insects from biting us that can lead
us to danger.
Natural insecticides from Acacia Tree which cannot harm us, because it has
no chemical and it is also a pure organic that can defend pests and grazing
animal.
Making pesticides at home with a cheaper money, lesser time and effort, and
also an organic one.
Significance of the Study:
Due to the Philippines rich natural source having acacia tree grow
abundantly on its soil, efficacy of Acacia seeds and Bark against
insects can be tested.
Acacia tree can be a great help in clean leaving against insects, and
also lessened or even eliminated in insects in this research.
Scope and limitations:
Acacia has about 160 species of trees. Acacia are native to tropical and
subtropical regions of the world, particularly Australia (where they are
called wattles) and Africa where they are well-known landmarks on the
savanna.
Acacia tree are fast growers, but they usually live 20 or 30 years. There are
