(MSI College)

Foreword

In this book we will look at 100 essential Body Language tips that you need as a
man, in all areas of modern day life.

Ranging from;

How to attract women

How to succeed in the workplace

How to be taken seriously

How to dominate interactions

How to make good first impressions

How to make friends

Body Language is something that every man should study. Not just to improve
his own Body Language, but to enable him to read the body language of others.

For anyone who has read about Body Language, they will know how important
it is to our everyday interactions.

Good Body Language can be the difference between you getting the girl, job or
deal. Therefore each of these 100 tips should be taken seriously.

Let’s begin with number one…

1) Always Look Away 2nd

When you make eye contact with someone, make sure that they look away first,
especially with women. This is a sign of dominance and alpha male status. This
is extremely important when you see a woman for the first time and lock eyes. If
you look away first, then she won’t think you’re serious. By holding her gaze
however you intrigue her interest and display confidence.

2) Never Look Down

This ties in with eye contact. Looking down is a form of submissive behaviour.
This means that women will find you unattractive and men won’t respect you. If
you do need to look away, then look to the side, looking down is an evolutionary
signal for weakness/submission to the more dominant person.

3) Don’t Over-blink

Blinking too much shows nervousness and discomfort with the conversation.

4) Stand and Sit-up Straight

Like your mum and dad always said, sit and stand up straight. It’s true you’ll
seem more powerful and you’ll command more respect.

5) Be Unreactive

The modern world is busy, there’s a lot going on. People are going to be
shouting, cars beeping and dogs barking. Just relax and go through life in your
own little bubble, don’t react to the noise, act as if you’ve seen it all before. If
people shout your name, then turn in your own time. Never give the impression
that you’re on edge or scared of the world around you. Remember that you’re
the dominant male and nothing fazes you. This type of behaviour attracts
everyone, people respect and follow someone who isn’t afraid of life.

6) Look People in the Eye when Talking to them

If you’re looking all around when talking to people, then problems arise. Firstly
it displays nervousness, it looks rude and people will lose interest in what you’re
saying.

7) Move Slowly

Moving slowly displays a calm and relaxed person. It lets people know that
you’re in control of your life, and you run on your own time. There’s nothing
worse than someone who is always panicking or running around. Lions prowl,
gazelles however are always on high alert, be a lion.

8) Look at a Woman’s Lips to get Her to Kiss you

If you’re talking to a woman and you want to kiss her, try looking at her lips.
This has been scientifically proven to increase her desire to kiss you.

9) Talk Slowly

Talking slowly shows that you’re not in any rush to be heard. You know that
people will listen to your every word, so they can wait. Speaking too fast shows
nervousness and a needy desire to be heard. Someone who talks slowly also
reassures people, a slow and calm voice encourages trust, which is great for
everything in life.

10) Embrace Pauses in Speech

Many people are scared of the dreaded silence in conversations. However this
silence can actually be your friend depending on how you use it. By embracing
the silence and showing no signs of awkwardness, you actually signify to others
that you’re confident. Do not try to fill your pauses with ums and ahs, this will
only weaken the upcoming words. Instead stay quiet and think of the next words.

11) Follow your Eyes

Don’t use the corner of your eyes to look around, you’ll look like prey. Instead
follow your eyes with your head, this way you’ll always be looking straight
forward.

12) Breaking Rapport Tonality

This involves your voice. Many men will raise the tone of their voice when
meeting a girl for the first time, it’s a human instinct to do so. However a more
assertive tone will benefit you more. Don’t ask a girl ‘how are you?’ With your
tone going up at the end, this is like asking for permission. End the sentence on a
lower tone than you started it with and watch the results. Deliver everything
quite forcefully, but avoid looking too aggressive.

13) Smile More

Smiling obviously attracts people to you. This is great in a business sense, with
women and in day to day life. Smiling shows others that you’re relaxed and
comfortable with your surroundings.

14) Use Longer Strides

When walking try to maximise your stride length. Try to walk heel to heel. This
will display dominance and power. By taking small stutter steps you show
people how nervous you are.

15) Look Straight Ahead

When walking or driving just look straight ahead. This displays power and
purpose. Find a point out into the distance and focus on it. You do not want to be
one of those men who have their head on a swivel looking for women, this is
viewed as needy.

16) Move with a Purpose

Make people believe you have somewhere important to be. You do this by
focusing straight ahead and walking slowly but with a fluid motion. You don’t
stop for anyone and you make your time valuable.

17) Don’t Rush, Ever!

Rushing around is something that people with a boss do. You’re not one of these
people in your own mind. You may have a boss, but you run on your own time.
Or so it will seem. In order to master this, leave earlier for work, this way you’ll
have time to stroll and look calm, whilst everyone else is hopelessly rushing
around.

18) Take up Space

Taking up space is a sign of authority. The more space you occupy the more
dominant you must be. This can be applied when siting down, by putting your
feet up and spread your arms out. Or when you’re standing and you separate
your legs for a wider stance.

19) Don’t Cover your testicles

This shows two things, I’m protecting my penis and I don’t want people to see it.
There are no good thoughts that can derive from these messages.

20) Never Cover your Neck

Your neck is considered a vulnerable area. By covering it up, it will appear as if

you’re protecting it from predators. This is another evolutionary trait that we all
still possess. By lifting your chin up parallel with the ground, you show others
that you’re under no threat at all.

21) Take your Hands out of your Pockets

It may have seemed cool when you were a kid, but as a man you’re not going to
impress anybody. Hands in your pockets actually lowers the amount of trust
people have when around you. Hiding your hands is a deceitful act, 10,000 years
ago hidden hands may have spelt death. It also displays shyness, you’re covering
your body up and making yourself look smaller. The only exception is one hand
in your pocket whilst leaving your thumb out.

22) Don’t Scratch, Fidget or Move Around too Much

These actions are submissive actions. You should avoid them unless completely
necessary.

23) Touch Others

Appropriately of course. We’re talking about pats on the back, or touches on the
side of someone’s arm. Show you dominance by moving people around with
your touches. Touching others appropriately also builds rapport, especially with
women.

24) Be the Leader of Groups

When walking into a bar or restaurant, walk in first, hold the door open and let
everyone in. This displays your dominance, manners and shows others that
you’re the head of the group. Always walk at the front of the group, this
indicates that you’re the leader.

25) Make Others Move out of the Way

When walking down a busy street, you don’t want to be walking left and right
moving for others. This isn’t a good look. Instead look far into the distance and
walk with purpose. Make sure your strides are long and your shoulders are back
and down. People will move out of the way for you. Of course you should move
out of the way for children and people with disabilities.

26) Chin Parallel to the Ground

Looking at the ground shows weakness in multiple areas. By keeping your chin
parallel to the ground, you display confidence and pride.

27) Shoulders Back and Down

By doing this you elevate your chest naturally and improve your posture.

28) The Two Triangles

Imagine two triangles on the human face. One going from eye to eye and the
middle of the forehead. The other consisting of eye to eye and the top of the
mouth. The upper triangle is where you should focus when you want to be taken
seriously, such as in the workplace. The lower triangle is where you should focus
when you’re trying to be more social.

29) Stare VS Focus

Staring means you only see someone’s eyes, focusing means you see their eyes
and all that’s around them. The different is huge, staring is confrontational and
aggressive, whilst focusing is sexy and appealing.

30) Power Poses

Power poses are set body language movements that make us feel more powerful.
They actually increase our confidence naturally. An example could be, putting
your hands behind your head with your elbows out.

31) Ending Sentences

Never end a sentence higher than when you started it. You don’t want to make
everything sound like a question. This shows people that you’re looking for their
approval, which is weak.

32) Wear Fitted Clothes

Having clothes that fit is essential to body language. It can enhance your frame
and make certain body language signals more apparent.

33) Legs apart when Seated

When sitting down, make sure you separate your feet. The wide feet positioning
will signal dominance to others. You will also be taking up more space which we
established as a good thing.

34) Keep your Feet Flat

Having your feet flat on the ground displays control and a calm demeanour.
When someone stands their ground, they don’t exactly stand off balance or with
their weight shifted to one side.

35) Put your Arms Around People in Photos

Photos in the modern world are viewed by everyone. It’s usually the first way
that many women get to see you or remember you by. Therefore your photo
body language needs to be immaculate. Don’t stand with your hands in front of
your testicles, don’t let people put their arms around you. Instead put your arms
around others and always make sure you’re at the front.

36) Watch your Eyebrows and Jaw

Our eye-brows naturally lift and our jaws drop when we see something we like.
Control this when you see an attractive woman. You don’t want her thinking that
you’re amazed by her.

37) Never Approach from Behind

Humans are intimidated when approached from behind. Our comfort zone is
smallest in this area. Try approaching women from the front or the side. When
talking to people implement the same feature.

38) Point your Toes at Whoever you Want to Give your attention to

This is a great way to show that you’re listening to them and ready for what
they’re about to say.

39) Study Male and Female Body Language

The more you learn the more you earn they say. Well learning about male and
female body language will earn you more money and more women.

40) Don’t Cover your Mouth

Covering your mouth is another sign of nervousness.

41) Handshake Breakdown

When you shake hands make sure you come in strong. Grip firm but not too
hard. If you want to assert dominance then twist your hand on top. If you want to
seem more appealing perhaps in a business deal, then twist your hand
underneath. Always keep your handshaking hand at the right temperature. A
cold or sweaty hand is not a good look.

42) Squint your Eyes and Smile to Seem Attractive

Practice this in the mirror, if you can get it right, it really works.

43) Practice in Private

Tony Robbins says ‘people are praised in public for what they practice in
private’. You need to implement these body language lessons even when you’re
at home. This way they’ll become second nature.

44) Lying Cues

* Tapping an object

* Increases feet/leg movement

* Touching the side of their nose

* Touching their ear

* Sudden head movement

* Breathing changes

* Repeat words or phrases

* Cover their mouth

*Cover stomach or neck

* Point a lot

* Blink less

45) Head Tilt

A slight head tilt to the left means that someone is either interested in you or
what you’re saying.

46) Nod 3 Times

3 times has been proven to be the perfect amount for acknowledging what
someone is saying. Do this once every 1 minute. To show that you’re still
engaged.

47) Talk Less Listen More

You’ll learn far more from listening to others and watching them, than talking.
Talking less is also a sign of calmness and alpha male traits.

48) Become an Expert at Reading Others

It cannot be expressed enough. The easier it is for you to read others, the easier
your life will become in all areas.

49) Enter Every Room Like you Own it

You only get 7 seconds to make a first impression. Don’t ruin it by entering a
room in a shy manner.

50) Always be on the Front Foot

If you’re backing up when people are talking to you, or when women approach
you, then you’ll seem scared and nervous. Always stand your ground.

51) Sit and Stand in your Own Time

This applies to waiting rooms or when waiting for someone else. Don’t jump up
like a dog who’s waiting for them. Neither should you sit down too quickly as if
you’ve been told to.

52) Project your Voice

Speak up but don’t shout. This doesn’t mean forcing people to listen to you. It
just means avoid mumbling.

53) Club Body language tip

In a club put your arms out stretched on the bar.

54) Grow Heavy Stubble

Heavy stubble has been proven to be the most attractive style for a man. This is
part of body language because it’s part of your appearance. If you cannot grow
facial hair then visit www.MSIcollege.com where we have information on how
to do just that.

55) Don’t bite your Nails

This displays nervousness

56) Sniff and Cough Less

This displays illness which women do not want. Women are attracted to men
with high immunity.

57) Get in the Gym

It’s no secret that women love a man who’s in shape. This displays dominance
and confidence. Other men will also show you more respect if you start putting
on some muscle.

58) Always put your Drink in your Left Hand

This is to ensure that your right hand is warm and dry. Why? So that your
handshakes are welcoming.

59) Put your Drink at Waist Level

Any object covering your upper body displays nervousness, as if you’re hiding
behind it. Put your drinks at waist level to display openness.

60) Don’t Lean Towards Others

By leaning in towards others to hear what they’ve said, you give them the power.
Stand your ground and make people come to you.

61) Your Time and Attention is Valuable

Don’t be available to everyone. If multiple people want your attention, then relax
and deal with one at a time. Imagine a teacher of a class of kids and how they
would deal with this situation.

62) Control your Arms when you Walk

Your arms should me moving in tandem with the rest of your body. Not too stiff
and not too lose, they should be swinging effortlessly by your sides.

63) Submissive Women

Remember that women are submissive. They want you to be dominant. Don’t be
afraid of coming across as too masculine or intimidating when using these tips.

64) Uncross your Legs

Crossed legs shows submissive behaviour and closed body language.

65) Uncross your Arms

Same as above. If you ever need to get a customer to open up more in a sales
situation, then give them a leaflet or something to look at. They’ll have to open
their arms which increases participation and openness.

66) Female Legs

If a woman points her top leg towards you, then she is open to your advances. If
she has her top leg pointed away from you then she is closed to your approach.

67) Female Neck

Women use their neck to attract men by showing their feminism. If a woman
flicks her hair and exposes her neck, it’s probably to get your attention.

68) The Female Lean

If a woman leans forward slightly on her chair and looks at you, then she’s
showing you her curves. Approach immediately, she likes you.

69) Remove obstacles

A woman will not approach you if there are obstacles in the way. Remove chairs,
sit the correct side of a table or change places with people in order to make
yourself more accessible.

70) Women are always Watching you

Don’t only apply body language when you see someone looking at you.
Remember that women are always watching you, body language is 24/7 not just
occasional.

71) Watch her Stroke her Assets

If a woman brushes herself down or strokes a body part, then she’s drawing your
attention to this part. This could be her lips or her thighs. She’s doing this to
impress you.

72) Roll your Sleeves up

Fore-arms for women are like boobs for men. Get your arms out!

73) The Hand Pyramid

We’ve all seen Mr Burns from the Simpsons do this hand pyramid. It displays
power and control. Try it in the board-room. Put your fingertips together and
your palms separate. The higher you do this, the more power you display.

74) Place your Hands on your Knees when Seated

This is a safe way to look dominant if you can’t stretch your arms out.

75) Sit don’t stand, lie don’t sit, relax don’t lie.

The message here is to be as relaxed as you can. Why stand if you can sit and so
on. Always be relaxed and care-free.

76) Don’t fidget with your legs

This displays deceit and nervousness.

77) Our Legs Reveal More than our Upper Body

The legs are furthest away from the brain, this makes them far harder to control
than our upper body. This is why people who lie about their emotions are caught
out when their legs are observed.

78) Quit Porn and Masturbation

Search the side effects of porn on the internet. I cannot encourage this enough.
Also search NOFAP body language.

79) Fake it to Make it

We have testosterone and cortisol in our bodies. One gets lower as the other
rises. Testosterone controls confidence and cortisol encourages stress. This is
why having higher testosterone and lower cortisol is important. It is possible to
trick your body however. By performing dominant body language even when
you’re nervous, you actually trick your body into producing more testosterone
and less cortisol.

80) Increase Testosterone Levels

Change your diet, go to the gym and re-evaluate your lifestyle. Having high
testosterone levels can give you naturally powerful body language.

81) Find a Role Model

Find a celebrity such as George Clooney and watch how he moves. Watch his
actions and his relaxed nature. Then copy it.

82) Mobile Phone

We live in a world where everyone is looking down at their mobiles. This simply
means you’re doing the cardinal sin of looking down at the ground. Instead of
being viewed as submissive, try to raise your phone to eye height.

83) Shake Hands Immediately

The longer you wait the more awkward it becomes, shake hands as soon as you
meet someone.

84) Mild Mirroring

Copy the movements and body language of others, this makes them trust you
and it builds rapport. But keep it subtle, don’t mimic everything they do.
Couples eventually mirror each other naturally. You can encourage the strength
of attraction by making this happen quicker.

85) Palms Down

When making a point, face your palms down, it’ll make what you’re saying
seem more assertive and final. Palms facing up is a sign of submissive behaviour
and it’ll look like you’re asking for permission.

86) Voice Down, Authority Up

By speaking in a lower tone, you can actually have more authority. This isn’t
volume, tone is the resonance of your voice.

87) Percentage Breakdown

93% of our daily communication consists of body language.

55% visual body language

38% Tonality (This is body language)

7% Actual words

88) 38% Information Retention

With your arms and legs uncrossed you actually retain 38% more information.

89) We Only get 7 Seconds to Make a First Impression

90) Stand with a Wide Stance

Feet apart in a wide stance displays confidence and dominance. Just look at
superheroes.

91) Avoid the Face-Off

If you stand face to face with someone, you encourage aggression. This emulates
what you would see in a boxing ring.

92) Place Objects within your Surroundings

When you sit at a table begin to assert your dominance. Spread your papers,
mobile phone and other objects around the table.

93) Take up Other People’s Space

It’s good to take up space, but taking up the space of others is the next level.
This is the ultimate sign of dominance.

94) Watch for Leakage

Leakage means any body language cues that were meant to be hidden. When
someone says its fine don’t worry, then their lips move up slightly on one side,
this is leakage. It’s a gesture that doesn’t match what is being said, or directly
displayed.

95) Have Open Body Language

Having open body language attracts more people and invites them to talk to you.

96) Congruency

Make sure your voice, words and actions all match. If they don’t you could lose
peoples trust.

97) Walk Around More in Clubs

When in a club, it has been found that the men who walk around more have an
increased chance of attracting women than those who stand still.

98) Is She Looking at Me?

Want to know if a woman is looking at you. Then look at something else for a
few seconds or multiple times, then suddenly look at her. If she’s looking where
you were, then she was looking at you.

99) Breathe Slowly

Breathing slowly can alter your entire mood and testosterone levels, thus
improving your body language.

100) Use Positive Gestures

Use positive facial expressions. No one wants to be around someone who is

negative each day. You’ll improve female relations and business opportunities.

Conclusion
