    service effective October 1, 2018. By then, I would have served for almost forty (40)
    years in Government Services. Through your office, I would like to express my
    sincere gratitude and appreciation for having afforded me the opportunity to serve
    Capiz State University, specifically the Mambusao Satellite College as faculty.

    I will forever treasure and cherish the experiences and friends I had incurred in my
    stay here.
