    Service Description: Rectification Works

    Rectification works are initiated by RUSH.Net. The request should include detailed information regarding the scope to be rectified and the
    availability of the unit. Turn-around time starts from the receipt of rectification works by the Project in Charge.

    Should the unit owner is not available, rectification works will be re-scheduled by providing a new request

    RECTIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS / TURNAROUND TIME COMMITMENT

    2 Adjustment/alignment
    A. Minor Defects 3 Grouting works

    1 Restoration of damaged walls, floors, ceilings 10 Working days


    2 Replacement of tiles, flooring, fixtures
    12 Working days
    3 Masonry works, chipping including restoration
    B. Major Defects
    4 Repainting of the whole unit
    5 Re-piping works / Repair of leaks 14 Working days
    6 Re-application of waterproofing works

    1 Replacement of MEPF fixtures


    2 Replacement of doors, jambs, and accessories 15 Working days
    3 Replacement of damaged fixtures
    Replacement of whole laminated, engineered, granite,
