    Sub : Budgetary offer for BEML BD80 Dozer spares.


    Ref : Your mail dt: 17.10.2018

    With reference to your mail enquiry vide refd at (1), we are pleased to append below our
    Technical terms , commercial terms and price Quotation for supply of BEML HEMM spares.
    Technical terms :
    It is certified that spare parts offered are those supplied by BEML LTD, the OEM and
    marketed only by BEML LTD on all India basis. The spare parts obtained are genuine and
    add life to the equipment.
    Commercial terms :
    1. Delivery : Ex- Depot, udaipur

    2. DELIVERY PERIOD : Items available ex-stock will be dispatched/handed over immediately on


    receipt of technically and commercially acceptable order. For balance items delivery period will be
    within 3 months from the date of receipt of order.

    3. PAYMENT: 100% value of the items including taxes shall be paid against proforma invoice
    before dispatch.

    4. TAXES & DUTIES : GST extra as applicable at the time of supply. Item wise GST rate mentioned
    in price annexure.

    5. LD Clause : Late Delivery clause is not acceptable.

    6. THE QUOTATION: Our quotation is based on the part nos. furnished by you. The part
    number may please be edited with reference to the specific serial No. (S) of the machines (s) for
    applicability before placing the order.

    7. OUR SUPPLIES: We Reserve the right to supply alternate applicable imported/indigenous item
    (s).

    8. ORDERING: While placing the order kindly indicate the following details:
    I). Consignee
    ii). Mode of Despatch
    iii). Destination to where the items have to be booked.
    iv). Equipment Model, Specific No. of the machine and the Engine mounted for
    which the spares are required.
    v). Specify if you have C/D or any Form for invoicing accordingly.
    vi). We shall not entertain any cancellation of confirmed orders after acceptance.

    9. REJECTIONS: Should there be any rejection of our materials the reasons are to be furnished
    in writing. The credit for the same will be given to you only on receipt of rejected materials by us.
    The Credit will be given in the Form of a Credit Note.

    10. WARRANTY : We extend warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt at your
    end or 1000 hrs of operation whichever is earlier for material/manufacturing/fitment problem
    only. Warranty settlement will be done only after failure analysis & if found deficient on the
    above lines.

    11. Validity ; Offer is valid for 30 days from the date of offer.

    Price quotation :

    We herewith furnish the prices as enquired and our offered prices are subjected to the above
    mentioned terms and conditions .
