    Computations.

    computations shall be submitted as a part of the design
    computations. The output sheets
    shall be accompanied by a certification of a designer
    and/orconsultant that the output sheets are the result of a
    designed through the use of documented programs.
    Thecertification should include the identification of the
    specific program used for each portion of the computer-
    generated computation being submitted.
