NOTICE is hereby produced that this Common Law Lien Claim action at and only at The Substantive Common

reference as if set forth in full, as original NOTICE of DECLARATION OF FACTS by public registration made and given by the
One People's Public Trust, hereafter “OPPT”. I have and do knowingly, willingly, and intentionally adopt, reconfirm, and ratify
said DECLARATION OF FACTS as my own duly verified due DECLARATION OF FACTS, nunc pro tunc praeterea preterea,
unrebutted as a matter of law, as matter of fact, and as a matter of public policy.

The foreclosure of all “governments” and “banks” renders null and void all Code, Rules, Procedure, Definitions, Orders,
Ordinances, etc that would otherwise prevent the filing and execution of this Common Law Lien at The Common Law.
Furthermore, these DECLARATION OF FACTS preclude and prohibits all U.S. State and U.S. Federal Courts of Equity from any
and all operation, action, charges, discharges, orders, etc due to the foreclosure of treasonously operating, aiding, and
abetting a forbidden SLAVERY SYSTEM. All references to the statutes and rulings here-after do not negate this foreclosure
and only serve to prevent further unlawful and illegal action by operators, agents, and officials of the SLAVERY SYSTEM.

Common Law Liens at The Common Law supersede mortgages and equity Liens (Drumons Carriage Co. v Mills (1898) 74 NW
966; Hewitt v. Williams 47 LaAnn, 742,17 So. 269; Carr v. Dail,19 SE 235; McMahon v. Lundin, 58 NW 827) and may be
satisfied only when a Court of and at The Common Law is convened pursuant to the order of a Lawfully Paid duly
Constitutionally elected sheriff by Human Beings without legal presences or the Lien Amount is paid in full. Such Common
Law Court forbids the presence of any judge and/or lawyer from participating and/or presiding, and the practice of any
Equity Law. The ruling of the U. S. Supreme Court in Rich v. Braxton, 158 US 375, specifically forbids judges from invoking
equity jurisdiction to remove Common Law Liens and similar "clouds of title".

Further, even if a preponderance of evidence displays this lien to be void or voidable, an Equity Court still may not proceed
until registered legal documents rebutting the foreclosure of the Equity Court is presented and then is provided the moving
party has proven that they have asked for and has come "to equity" with "clean hands". (Trice v. Comstock, 570C. A646; West
v. Washburn, 138 NY Supp. 230). Any official who attempts to modify or remove this Common Law Lien is fully liable for all
damages upon the Proponent. (U.S. Supreme Court; Butz v. Econcmou, 98 S.Ct. 2894; Bell v. Hood, 327 US 678; Belknap v.
Schild, 161 US 10; US v. Lee; Bivens v. 6 Unknown Agents, 400 US 862)

Demand is hereby and herewith made upon all public officials under penalty of Title 42, U.S.C, §1986, not to modify and/or
remove this Lien in any manner until the Lien Amount due is paid in full. This Lien is not dischargeable for 100 years and
cannot be extinguished due to Claimant's death or by Claimant's heirs, assigns, or executors but upon Lien Amount due paid.
Any Order, Adjudgment, or Decree issuing from a Court of Equity operating with intent to interfere and/or remove this
At-Common-Law lawful and legal lien claim shall constitute direct abrogation/deprivation of Claimant's, Heir’s, Assignee’s,
and/or Executor’s Reserved Rights.

This NOTICE is given inter alia to preclude a Trial by Jury at The Common Law on the certain claim, and to provide for
Summary Judgment on the said certain Claim should Respondent admit "waiver" and/or refuse to call said Common Law
court of, at and only at The Common Law.

THIS SAID CLAIM DUE AT THE COMMON LAW IS: in full effect as of the NOTICE Date for payment provided, as detailed
within the basis of lien claim assertion of the herein described property and performance obligation. The symbol "$"
meaning "dollar" is defined as 371.25 grains of fine silver (0.999% pure) for each "dollar", (or) the equivalent in currency
acceptable to claimant, as the Federal Reserve System is Foreclosed from running a SLAVERY SYSTEM and using Federal
Reserve Notes is hereby declared illegal and unlawful.

along with those rights guaranteed and reserved.
