LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF

SARA TANCREDI-SCOFIELD

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Sara Tancredi-Scofield, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married to Michael

Scofield, born on the 10th of May 1965, a resident of 126 Filipina St., Tagalog
Subdivision, Malolena City, Bulacan, being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
and not acting under undue influence or intimidation from anyone, do hereby declare
and proclaim this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in English, the
language which I am well conversant. And I hereby declare that:
I. I desire that should I die, it is my wish to be cremated and kept in the

place I’ve always cherished, our family home in Malolena City, Bulacan;
II. To my beloved husband, Michael Scofield, I give and bequeath the

following property to wit: the aforementioned family home, the residential
lot at 112 Sigma Street, Bulos, Tagaytay City, the 12-door apartment
situated at 13 Kamyas Street, Makati City, the Ford Ranger pick-up truck,
Navarra, Cressida and the family car;
III. To my esteemed children, Cameron and LJ Scofield, I give and

bequeath the following properties to wit: the stocks I invested in SMC
Corporation and the dividends it shall regularly wield, all contracts and
payables entered into in the name of our family corporation, XYZ, XYZ
Corporation itself, and my savings of 2M deposited at JFK Bank;

IV. To my dear siblings, Fernando Sucre and Linc Burrows, I give
and bequeath my commercial lot situated at Punong Basa, Pasay City, all
the agricultural accessory therein, the SUV and NMAX motorcycle also
kept in said lot, and my savings if 5M deposited at EFG Bank;
V. I hereby designate our family’s good friend, Gretchen Morgan, as the

executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament, and in her
incapacity, I name and designate Alex Mahone, as her substitute.
VI. I hereby direct that the executor and administrator of this Last Will
and Testament or his substitute need not present any bond;

VII. I hereby revoke, set aside and annul any and all of my other will or
testamentary dispositions that I have made, executed, signed or published
preceding this Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 10th day of July,
2014, in Baras, Rizal, Philippines.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE

We, the undersigned attesting witnesses, whose residences are stated opposite
our respective names, do hereby certify: That the testator, Sara Tancredi-Scofield,
has published unto us the foregoing Will consisting three pages numbered correlatively
in letters on the upper part of each page thereof, on the left margin, in our joint presence
and we, in turn, at her request have witnessed and signed the same and every page
thereof, on the left margin, in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each
and all of us.
