Terms and conditions:

Technical terms:
 The WORK shall be made as per site.
 Necessary hardware confirming to relevant IS Codes shall be used.

Note:
 Final billing shall be done on the basis of actual measurement.
 Road permits require for material delivery shall be in client’s scope.
 Any variation in taxes and duties due to an announcement by the Government after the
date of receipt of the project, shall be considered for adjustment either way, from the
date such announcement comes into effect.

Validity:

 30days

Work Completion:

We shall be able to execute the job within 15 days after receipt of your technically and
commercially clear order along with the advance and approval of drawings.

Note: AGENCY shall not be held responsible for delays occurred due to reasons such as,

 Delay due to non-completion of works other than that of AGENCY scope of works such
as completion of civil work, availability of land for fabrication & erection etc.
 Delay in necessary approvals from client / consultant /architect etc.
 The delay in releasing payment as per agreed terms & within stipulated time.
 Delay due to Torrential rain, earthquake, and war, act of terrorism, acts of governments,
riots or any other legitimate cause beyond the reasonable control of the Agency.

Payment terms:

 50% advance along with the order.


 30% BEFORE DISPATCH OF MATERIAL.
 Balance with RA Bill.
