RESIDENTIAL

Clelands has been building and renovating homes in Taranaki since 1916. We employ a
group of highly skilled tradesmen who take pride in their workmanship. Our
management staff assist these tradesmen by liaising with our clients and designers and
by coordinating suppliers and sub-trades to ensure a smooth and successful build. We
are well known for the construction of many notable architectural homes around the
region but we also have a team dedicated carrying out smaller alterations, additions
and landscape projects.

48 years, is our Director. He holds a degree of AMIE in Civil engineering. Mr. S K

Gupta has more than 20 years of experience in the Civil Construction work of
Multistoried Housing Complex and infrastructure sector. He has successfully handled
execution of many road projects and Group Housings residential multistoried Towers
projects in India. He also actively participates in various Social, Health & religious
organization serving for the Society.

50 years, is our Director. Completed Diploma in Civil engineering and having a 25 years
wide skilled experience in Construction Industry. His Ability to execute projects in
difficult operating conditions in a timely manner with client’s satisfaction. His
leadership abilities and expertise in the area of construction have been instrumental in
the growth and success of our company. He oversees the overall function in our
company.

Mr. Nitin Goel

35 years, is our Young Director. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi
University and having a 10 years experience in Managing heavy Construction project
works and Company Management. He is innovative, dynamic, believed in modern
