    Conditions of License

    1. This License shall be displayed in a prominent place in a part of the premises open
    to the public.
    2. The license shall comply with provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics act, 1940 and
    the rule there under for the time being in force.
    3. i. No drug shall be sold unless such drug is purchased under a cash or credit memo
    from a duly licensed or a duly licensed manufacturer.
    ii. No sale of any drugs shall be made to a person not holding the requisite license
    to sell, stock or exhibit for sale or distribute the drug provided that the condition
    shall not apply to the sale of any drug to :-
    a) An officer or authority purchasing on behalf of Govt. or
    b) A hospital , Medical Education or research institution or a registered medical
    Practitioner for the purpose of supply to his patients, or
    c) A manufacturer of beverages, confectioner biscuits and other non medical
    products, who such drugs are required for processing these products.
    4. The license shall inform the licensing authority in writing in the event of any change
    in the constitution of the firm operating under the license, where any change in the
