    GENERAL TERM AND CONDITION

     Rates are based on per room per night and non-commissionable.

     Check in time is 14:00 Hrs and check out time is 12:00 Hrs.

     Day use/late check out until 18:00 Hrs will be charged 50% from the rate.

    The above offered rates are not for internet direct selling or distributed for portal agent. When the
    campaign rates are used on the internet, rates must be packaged with other travel components such
    as air tickets and other sightseeing arrangements so that nightly accommodation rates are not
    revealed to the public. Should agent would like to feature rates & images of the Hotel on website,
    must have approval from hotel first. If this is not adhering to, the hotel reserves the right to
    withdraw the rate without notice.

    This agreement is strictly confidential and only acknowledge between both parties. It is agreed that
    for any circumstances arise that are not covered by this agreement, both parties shall come to
    mutually acceptable solutions in the spirit of fairness trust and cooperation.

    Kindly validate this contract rate by return sign not longer than 7 (seven) days from date of issue,
    which after then it will be deemed null and void.
