Technical Issues:

1. Suction line of middle tank is out of service (Not possible to pump directly from middle tank).
2. The phone and network connectivity/speed/quality is very poor.
3. Location need ground leveling by gravel to prevent inundation.
4. Electrical auxiliary brake is out of service.
5- Fresh water pool has leakage (almost 7 bbl/hr).
6. TDS panel TQ limit has malfunction. (String tending to stall @ 2-3 klb.ft less than Tq limit).**** Already worked on, Need to be checked ****
7. TDS auto brake system is out of service & could not to hold TQ in string while string stall, Obs. few reverse turns most of the time while string stalling & we
could not work on string while apply TQ in string.**** Already worked on, Need to be checked ****
8. Chinese Centrifuge is out of service.
9. PDK pump truck data acquisition system is out of service.

Comment
HSE Issues:

1. Lack of T-Card System.

2. Lack of Stop Card System.
3. Lack of fall arrestor below Rig Floor (Around BOP area).
4. Shortage of PPE (SRP)
5. Lack of Fire Fighting system in camp area.
6. Lack of Anti Slippery@R/Floor around R.T.
7. Biological & chemical test were not implemented for pot water in caravans.
