    CIRCULAR

    As per the discussion and direction during the Academic Council meeting held (through
    Zoom app) on 14.04.2020, the university shall conduct End Semester Examinations of Even
    Semesters (II/IV/VI/VIII) for the academic session 2019-20 provided the lock down is lifted
    after 3rd May, 2020 and the pandemic situation due to Corona Virus becomes normal in
    compliance with the statutory directions /advisories issued by UGC/MHRD and Govt. of
    India from time to time.
    Therefore all concerned are hereby requested to frequently visit the university website
    www.hnbgu.ac.in and www.online.hnbgu.ac.in for any updates/notifications related to the
    academic calendar and examination guidelines & schedule. Information available only on
    the university website should be considered authentic. Notification for filling up of
    examination form (online) shall be issued soon.
    This issues with the approval of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor.
