Career Pakistan’s Approach to Shortlisting the Best Candidates:


Career Pakistan undertakes its extensive short listing work for positions that are assigned
by organizations. Career Pakistan undertakes the following process while maintaining
total confidentiality, whenever required.

A -- Development of Essential Requirements:

At the start of work on each position, Career Pakistan develops Essential Requirements
mentioning the Sectors, Organization Types, Functions, Job Levels, Years of Experience,
Locations, Genders, and Nationalities of candidates to be targeted. These Essential
Requirements are determined from the Job Descriptions provided. Also, we intently take
notes from each company regarding any preferences in terms of technical and
professional abilities and backgrounds as well as personal traits. The Essential
Requirements thus includes the criteria for short-listing.

B -- Short-listing Methodology:

The essential requirements are used as a benchmark for shortlisting. Undertaken by our
Expert Senior Recruitment Managers, Head of Recruitment and CEO, Career Pakistan
sequentially conducts three rounds of short-listings of all candidates identified from the
pool shared by company.

Career Pakistan have relevant experts on the penal for screening and shortlisting of the
candidates .Career Pakistan utilizes its experts that have prior experience of short-listing
for similar positions. Their work brings the best candidates to the forefront. To give an
approximation: 90% of the candidates are expected to be rejected in the first round of
short-listing, leaving about 30 candidates. In the second round of shortlisting, which is
comparative, another 20 to 25 are rejected; leaving behind 5 to 10 of the best-fit
candidates. Thus, the overall process leads to identification of the best candidates for
each role.

As per preference from Company, shortlisted candidates will be provided in groups of


three or four positions.

C–Technology:

Career Pakistan has sound Technical capability. It uses latest technological equipment
and machines to handle the shortlisting of the candidates.

D -- Reference Checks:

On request by the client, we can also provide reference checks from previous employers
of the candidates who are offered employment for each role (after short listing process is
completed).

E -- Time Taken for the Shortlisting Process:

The Short listing Process for all the roles will be completed within 15 to 20 working
days.

FINANCIAL PROPOSAL

5th May 2020

SHS Holdings,
Dubai, UAE.

Subject: Standard agreement for providing professional placement services to SHS


Holdings

Dear Sir/Madam,

Career Pakistan is pleased to offer its professional placement services to SHS Holdings, (“SHS
Holdings”) for arranging staff for its various needs. Career Pakistan provides strategically
developed headhunting services (candidate search services) to premier organizations wanting to
engage professionals for their various needs.

Utilizing its wide network of worldwide contacts, Career Pakistan will provide SHS Holdings
with a diverse array of comprehensive services, which will translate into acquisition of world-
class professional competence.

In this regard, the following terms are set forth:

1. Compensation

SHS Holdings will remunerate Career Pakistan an amount equivalent to 15% of


annual salary (inclusive of all allowances and benefits) of each individual.1This
amount will be paid in three installments as follows:

 1stInstallment: At assignment of the position, 1/3rd of the annual salary will be


invoiced and paid by SHS Holdings within fifteen days of SHS Holdings’s
receipt of such invoice from Career Pakistan.
 2nd Installment: Seven days after Career Pakistan has completed the search
process and shared candidate profiles with client, 1/3rd of the annual salary will
be invoiced and paid by SHS Holdings within fifteen days of SHS Holdings’s
receipt of such invoice from Career Pakistan.

This is an exclusive agreement for positions assigned by your organization to Career Pakistan. Thus, for
positions assigned to Career Pakistan: a) Your organization will not utilize any other channel/source for
recruiting. b) Any CVs received directly by your organization will be considered Career Pakistan CVs and
will be sent to Career Pakistan for further processing and action. Career Pakistan will be paid this fee by
SHS Holdings if such individual is hired for any of its positions (full-time and/or consulting positions)
within one year of Career Pakistan introducing his or her CV/candidature.

 3rdInstallment: Seven days upon candidate accepting the offer, Career Pakistan
will invoice SHS Holdings the remaining amount and SHS Holdings shall pay
such invoice within fifteen days of its receipt of the same.

SHS Holdings will not be responsible to pay the 2nd and/or 3rd installments if Career
Pakistan is not able to provide quality candidate profiles.

If an individual separates from SHS Holdings within 90 days of staring work, Career
Pakistan will provide a replacement free of cost.

2. Indemnification

The two parties to this agreement, SHS Holdings and Career Pakistan, agree to
indemnify and hold harmless each other, and any affiliates of the other party, from any
losses, claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and/or actions arising due to the failure of
any individuals (recommended by Career Pakistan and engaged by SHS Holdings) to
provide correct information and/or to comply with any of his or her obligations.

3. Information

SHS Holdings will furnish to Career Pakistan all such information that SHS Holdings
believes is appropriate to Career Pakistan’s assignment (all such information so
furnished being the “information”). SHS Holdings recognizes and confirms that Career
Pakistan:

(a) Will use and rely primarily on this information and on information available from its
own contacts and networks in performing the services contemplated by this letter
agreement, without having independently verified by itself

(b) Does not assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information
and such other information.

4. Termination

SHS Holdings or Career Pakistan may terminate this agreement, without any prior
notice, via a written communication. In case of termination by SHS Holdings, all dues
payable to Career Pakistan must be cleared.

5. Payment

All fees payable hereunder shall be calculated before application of any applicable
withholding, value added, or other taxes, or any expenses incurred.

6. Confidentiality

The two parties to this agreement, SHS Holdings and Career Pakistan (including their
officials, subcontractors, other personnel or affiliates) shall not, during the term or after
the expiration of this letter agreement, disclose any proprietary or confidential

information received from each other (including any information regarding individuals
recommended by Career Pakistan for potential engagement bySHS Holdings), without
prior written consent of the other party, unless such disclosure is required by any
applicable law or regulation, or such information was already in possession of the
disclosing party without being subject to any such undertaking of confidentiality.SHS
Holdings’s “confidential information” shall include any information made available by it
to Career Pakistan, regardless of the form thereof.

Please confirm that the foregoing sets forth our agreement by signing and returning to Career
Pakistan, a copy of this written agreement.
