Ferdinand Lerit about 7:00-7:30 in the evening, he was
on board a passenger jeep going to
Exhibit I-1 Signature of Malibay, Pasay City, driven by Rudy
Ferdninand Lerit Binega also known as “Dodong”; that
while he was on board the passengers
jeep, the driver Rudy Binega was
stopped by a traffic police at seven
eleven (7/11) along C. Jose St.,
Malibay, Pasay City; that when Rudy
Binega stopped the jeep suddenly,
several men boarded the jeep, one sit
at the front seat beside the driver, the
others were the passenger’s seat at the
back of the driver; that the man who
sat in the front seat, sitting at the right
side of the driver forcibly grabbed the
key of the jeep but the driver
prevented him from taking the key and
they struggled each other; that the
men who boarded the jeep, threatened
the driver to give to them the key so
that nothing bad will happen and; to
for other matters related to the forcible
entry taking of the jeep and other
information relevant and pertinent to
the case and to identify the accused.

show of force, intimidation, violence
and coercion by the accused; that the
jitney’s forcibly taken on even date and
time were turn over to Automatic
Lending Investor Corporation; that at
present the said company has been
continuously in possession of the
jitney’s forcibly taken by accused
thereby depriving Malibay Driver
Transport Service Cooperative from the
beneficial use of the jitneys; that the
witness is the founder of the
cooperative and was responsible in the
creation of the same; that at the time
of the forcible taking the witness was
the Chairman of the cooperative and;
for other matters related to the forcible
taking of the jeeps and other
information relevant and pertinent to
the case and to identify documents.
