 I、Safety Precautions
To prevent danger and prevent property damage, please read this instruction carefully
and strictly observe it before use. If you are installing this equipment in a public place,
please give notice in a prominent place: "You have entered the electronic monitoring
area"
Warning

During the installation and use of the equipment, please strictly follow the
installation requirements. The company will not be liable for any damage to the
equipment that has not been installed in accordance with the installation requirements.
During installation and use of the equipment, strictly observe local electrical safety
standards and use the power adapter marked with the LPS standard, otherwise it may
cause damage to the machine.
Please use the accessories included with the product. The equipment supply voltage
must meet the input voltage requirements of the equipment.
The equipment is installed in unstable voltage areas and needs to be grounded to
release surges and other high energy to prevent the equipment from being burned out.
When using the device, do not allow water or any liquid to flow into the device. If
liquid accidentally flows into the device, immediately disconnect the power and remove
all cables (such as power cables and network cables) from the device.
     Do not focus the device on strong light (such as lighting, sunlight, etc.), otherwise it
may affect the life of the image sensor. The equipment is installed in areas where there
is frequent lightning, and it needs to be grounded nearby to release high energy such as
lightning and prevent equipment damage.

Caution

During transportation and storage, heavy pressure, severe vibrations,

and soaking are required to prevent damage to the product.
Do not drop the device on the floor or be strongly knocked, and keep the device
away from places where magnetic interference exists, and avoid installing the device on
a surface that is subject to shock or shock.
Please use a soft, dry cloth to clean the body. If dirt is difficult to remove, wipe it off
with a dry cloth, and gently wipe it with a small amount of neutral detergent. Then wipe it
dry.
Do not block the vents. When installing the device, pay attention to the
manufacturer's installation instructions.
Do not place the machine near heat sources such as radiators, heaters, or other
heat-generating equipment.
Please do not place the machine in humid, dusty, hot, cold, strong electromagnetic
radiation and other places.
When the equipment is installed outdoors, please be sure to take measures against
insects and moisture to avoid corrosion of the circuit board and affect monitoring.
If you do not use it for a long period of time, unplug the device.

The whole product that our company sells, after passing our strict inspection, after
the inspection is ex-factory, the product is accompanied with the nameplate, the quick
operation manual and the attachment and so on.
All products that are not manufactured or counterfeited by our company are not
responsible for all the resulting liabilities.
     Our company will update the content of this manual according to the enhancement
or change of product features, and will regularly improve and update the hardware and
software products described in this manual. The updated content will be added in the
new version of this manual without notice.
This manual may contain technical inaccuracies, or inconsistencies with product
features and operations, or typographical errors, which are subject to the company's

III、Quick Configuration (using IE as an example)

3.1 Network Connection Topology
        There are two main types of connection methods commonly used between
network cameras and computers, as shown in Figures 1.1 and 1.2.

3.2 Login System

       Step 1: Enter the IP address in the IE address bar (default: 192.168.1.189) and
press Login to enter the login screen.
As shown below

 Step 2: Click "Download Plugin " to jump to Baidu SkyDrive to download, install the
plug-in, close IE and log in again after the installation is complete.

Step 3: Enter the user name and password, click on the login to enter the main
interface

Statement

The initial user name is "admin" and the default password is 123456. For the sake of
system security, you are required to change the password in the first login.

3.3 Changing IP Address

       Open the Parameter Configuration - Network Settings and go to the Settings page.
       Configure the IP address based on the actual situation at the IP address and click
"save" to finish.
       After the IP address is set successfully, use the new IP address to log in to the web
interface again.

3.4 Video Browsing

In order to watch live video properly, the first time you access the device, you need to
do the following:
Step 1: Open IE browser and click "Add" in "Tools> Internet Options> Security> Trusted
Sites> Sites to add the device IP address as a trusted site, as shown in the figure.

Step 2: In the "Tools> Internet Options> Security> Internet> Custom Level", "Download

unsigned ActiveX controls" and "ActiveX controls not marked safe for scripting" in
"ActiveX Controls and Plugins" Initialize and execute script" option is set to "Enable", the
specific operation, as shown.

Step 3: After installing the plug-in, click "Preview" to open the image, as shown

3.5 Voice Intercom

Statement

Some devices do not support voice intercom. This section does not
apply.
3.5.1 Device side PC
Device connection:
       Step 1: Connect the microphone or MIC to the device's audio input connector.
       Step 2: Connect the headphones or speakers to the PC's audio output connector.

Step 3: Log in to the device web and click , enable voice intercom.
Listening and using method: input voice information to the microphone or MIC on the
device side, and then receive the voice information transmitted by the device on the PC
through the headset.
3.5.2 PC Device side
Device connection:
       Step 1 Connect the microphone or MIC to the audio input connector of the PC.

       Step 2 Connect the headset to the device audio output connector.

Step 3 Log in to the device web and click , enable voice intercom.
Monitor use method: Input the voice information to the microphone or MIC on
the PC, and then receive the voice information transmitted by the PC through the
device such as a headset.

3.6 Intelligent Detection

3.6.1 Target Count
1) Enabled
2) Arming time: default 7 days 24 hours
3) Set the detection area: Click to start drawing, left mouse button to select the starting
point, move the mouse to draw a detection line, click the left button again to confirm
4) Inspection line: Up to 4 simultaneous settings
5) Statistical method: A→B increase count cannot be modified, but B→A increase count,
decrease count or ignore
6) Traffic statistics interval: the setting screen shows the refresh time of the flow count
result
7) Traffic statistics threshold: Within the time set by the traffic statistics interval, the total
number of detections exceeds the set threshold, that is, the alarm is started.
8) Aggregate statistics time period: Set the count time period for the total number of test
results, which is not counted outside this time period.
9) Total alarm threshold: Within the set statistical time period, when the count exceeds
the threshold, the alarm is started.
10) Target proportion: the proportion of the screen occupied by the person or object
being detected. The middle part of the image is indicated by a dotted box.
     The detection principle is: the detected person or thing will exceed the set proportion
of the size will count, less than the set ratio does not count.

3.6.2Object Left/Lost
1) Enabled
2) Arming time: default 7 days 24 hours
3) Set the area: Click to start drawing, left mouse button to select the starting point,
move the mouse to the next turning point and click again until you draw a box that can
completely frame the detected object, and then right click and collapse
4) Detection area: Up to 4 detection areas can be set at the same time
5) Detection type: object lost, object left, object lost or left
6) Target ratio: The proportion of the screen occupied by the person or object being
detected. The middle of the image is indicated by a dotted box.
     The detection principle is: the set proportion must be smaller than the detected
object, and the object that exceeds the set proportion is not alarmed.
7) Detection time: When the item is lost and the item is left over for a set time, the alarm
will start.

3.6.3 Area Detection

1) Enabled
2) Arming time: default 7 days 24 hours
3) Set the area: click to start drawing, left mouse button to select the starting point, move
the mouse to the next click again at the turning point until you draw a frame that will
completely frame the area to be checked after the box, the right mouse button collapses
4) Detection area: Up to 4 detection areas can be set at the same time
5) Detection type: target entry, target departure, target entry or exit, target
6) Target ratio: The proportion of the screen occupied by the person or object being
detected. The middle of the image is indicated by a dotted box.
     The detection principle is: the set proportion must be smaller than the detected
object, and the object that exceeds the set proportion is not alarmed.
7) Detection time: The target enters, the target leaves, the target enters or leaves the
three rules cannot set the time, trigger the immediate alarm, the target does not need to
set a time for the target to stay in the detection area, trigger the alarm after exceeding
this time

3.6.4 Line Crossing
1) Enabled
2) Arming time: default 7 days 24 hours
3) Set the area: Click to start drawing, left mouse button to select the starting point,
move the mouse to draw a test line, click again to confirm
4) Detection area: Up to 4 detection areas can be set at the same time
5) Detection type: A→B alarm, A←→B alarm
6) Target ratio: The set ratio needs to be smaller than the detected object, and the object
that exceeds the set proportion is not alarmed

IV、Mobile Phone Operation Guide

This operation guide is for instructions on how to install and use the mobile phone
client on mobile phones of Android and iOS systems. The mobile phone client app that
uses the company's products is AEeye. Customers can customize it according to their
needs. The use of the mobile phone client is much the same. The following uses AEeye
as an example.
☆ Installation and operation instructions

1. Download the download link from the application of the latest AEeye installation or
scanning IE interface [parameter configuration] - [two-dimensional code] two-
dimensional code option.
2. Install；

icon to start

(you will not bind the account to the added device),

5.Click ，Open the device management interface -> Add Device
Enter the serial number (you can click the button
behind the serial number, scan the QR code to
add the serial number), enter the user name and
password, select the channel number and stream
type according to the device, and click [Add Device]
to prompt the device to be successfully added.6.
Click the preview screen button, select the channel
you want to open to open the corresponding peer preview.
Up to 16 channels can be previewed at the same time.

Note: If there is no QR code displayed under IE [Parameter Configuration] - [2D
Code], please open [Platform Management] and change AEeye to "Close" state.
After saving, modify it to "Open" state again. Save it. If it still does not appear,
please contact the manufacturer's technical support department.

Appendix - Maintenance Instructions

1, lens maintenance
The lens surface is coated with anti-reflective coating. Dust, grease, fingerprints, etc.
will produce harmful substances and cause them to degrade or cause scratches,
mildew, etc. Once the dirt is found, please treat it as follows.
  Contaminated with dust: Use an oil-free soft brush or blow-ball to gently drop
dust.
  Contaminated with grease: Wipe the water droplets or grease gently with a soft

 cloth and allow it to dry. Then wipe with alcohol-free cotton cloth or lens cleaning
paper with alcohol or a lens cleaner from the center of the lens. If it is not wiped, it
can be changed several times.

2, hemisphere transparent dome cover maintenance

The transparent dome is made of transparent plastic and it will cause dust, grease,
fingerprints, etc. Its performance is degraded or the surface of the dome is scratched.
Once dirt is found, it should be treated as follows.

  Contaminated with dust: Use an oil-free soft brush or blow-ball to gently drop
dust.
  Contaminated with grease: Wipe the water droplets or grease gently with a soft
cloth and allow it to dry. Then wipe with alcohol-free cotton cloth or lens cleaning
paper with alcohol or a lens cleaner from the center of the lens. If it is not wiped, it
can be changed several times.
3, infrared camera glass maintenance
  Wipe the water droplets or grease gently with a soft cloth and dry it. Then use
an oil-free cotton cloth or lens cleaning paper with alcohol or a lens cleaner to
wipe it from the center of the lens. If it is not wiped, it can be changed several
times.

   It is recommended that you perform regular network security assessments on the

network camera system. The company can provide corresponding professional
technical services.
