General Properties:
 Melting Temperature – above 135 co
Construction & Material  Distortion Temperature – above 150 co
- Flap Body –at least 30 mm thickness HDPE  Density = 0.95 g/cm3
- Gate Sealing – EPDM  Linear Expansion Coefficient – above 200.
- Hinges & Axis – stainless steel 304  Tensile Strength – 15 - 30 N/m3.
- 7 degree incline to vertical  Elongation Breaking Ratio – above 900
- Thickness of 20mm, 30mm or 40mm  Withstanding Back Pressure of up to 15 feet

● Back frame shall be securely mounted to the
drain RC structure by means of stainless steel
wall plug / anchor bolt

free of tension.
