Module Main Page

When user access the module, system shows the main menu which is Clinic Information Management
Menu. There are 6 choice of the main menu which including Patient Information Module, Patient Visit
Module, Staff Information Module, Appointment Module, Medical Supplies Module and Exit Program.
And user click in the 2th choice, system will access to Patient Visit Information Module. When turn to the
menu of Patient Visit Information Module, user will meet 6 choices which include Add Patient Visit
Information, Search Patient Visit Information, Modify Patient Visit Information, Display Patient Visit
Information, Delete Patient Visit Information, and other to exit Clinic information Management Menu
and Exit the Program.
2. Text File

When staff need to see the record of the patient, he/she need to type to access the transaction of Patient
Information to view the patient information. System will shows the staff the existing record like staff
name, IC no, gender, contact no, address, state and postcode ,after that system will automatically return to
the menu of Information Menu.
3. Transaction(adding)

Add the patient data into system to record down it at the text file.

4. Transaction(editing)
When the staff realize the information of patient is wrong. he/she can change the user data or update
user data into the system. Like staff can key in John Lim the data can show out.
5. Display the file had updated
After the staff had edited the Patient Information , can access to InformationDisplay, system will
display the all information and system will return back to menu.

6. Perform another transaction and show result record(searchin)


This InformationSearch can help the staff to search the patient name and show out from the system. It
can more easily find the patient data with patient name.

7. Security System
Staff must key in password to access in to system
If not our staff key in the password

This system can keep the patient data in a safe area.
