Chief Pilot
General
Airport used for aircraft LT = UTC – 4hr. Caution shall be taken with the taxi routes and pavement of the
Airport.

Terrain
Two antennas in the vicinity of the airport, one is 2 nm North of ZHA (1296´) and the other ia 7 nm North of
ZHM. MSA 2800´from ZHM.
Approach
Expect an ILSapproach procedure for RWY 12 or LOC RWY 30. Visual circuits are available weather permitting.
Take Off
According to RTOW, the standard procedure is Flap 15/15.
Considerations
Alternate aerodrome should be Toronto preferable elected for commercial reasons. Due to a short time for the
ground turn around and customs restrictions, incoming pilots should give to the fuel supplier a first value to start
refueling the aircraft for the OAK flight from a simulation of the 2nd flight plan. Incoming Pilot in Command (PC)
shall contact ASAP the designated PC via Cell phone to discuss fuel figures and any pertinent mater. Load Sheet
prepared by incoming pilots and done with final figures by the pilots of the OAK flight.
Incoming Cabin crew should have everything prepared for a quick assessment of the entering cabin crew. Planning
time for turnaround is 45 minutes, with a 15 minutes window for the crew if needed.
Any special airport occurrence will be treated by Dryden Air Services, who will coordinate with SATA CCO and
OPS the best solution for each case. Dryden will reconfirm Flight Plan acceptance with Ctrl Tower and as well
will call according ETA Fuel services.
Aircraft will be parked short to customs office and in a position forself movement after start up. No push-back
required.
Crews should be focused on minimum turnaround time by any means without jeopardizing safety.
After takeoff pilots should contact handling with Off Block, Takeoff and ETA time.

Special Considerations
Flight duty times pertinent.
Cost Index 70 and FMS tactical mode could be used at Mach .82 in CRZ .
Fuel calculation and management must be consider and reported in the flight plan i.e. fuel adjust for CRZ
computation. CFP will be calculated at Cost index 70 and Mach .82
Ground Facilities
Navigation Aid – ILS is available, LOC and NDB.
Handling - No Push-Back for SATA convenience, only one Passenger Stairs.
Fuel, Light Cleaning, Meteo provided.
