    Dear Students, Parents and Guardians,


    It is for the information of all concerned that the Odia daily Dharitri has published
    false news about the conduct of UG and PG semester examinations in Ravenshaw University.
    Please note the following:
    1) As per the directive of the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Odisha, there will
    be no semester exams for UG 2nd and 4th semesters and PG 2nd semester (2nd and 4th for
    3yr Degrees like MCA).
    2) It has been provisionally decided to conduct UG 6th semester and PG 4th semester (6th
    semester for MCA) exams during 6-24th July 2020. The Time-Table will be notified
    soon. The dates may change depending on the COVID situation at the end of June.
    3) All final year students shall be allowed to take examinations. The students who have not
    paid the examination fees and other dues will get an opportunity to do so before the
    examinations.
    4) Students will be allowed in the hostel just before the examination and can stay only till
    the examinations are over.

    Students are advised to check the University website regularly for reliable updates on
    exams and other matters related to the University. Please do not fall prey to any fake news
    circulated on media.
    Please feel free to contact your Head of the Department in case of any difficulty.
    Please stay home, stay safe and stay healthy. Always wash your hands regularly and wear
    a mask. Unless essentially required, please do not step out.
