The document discusses how to read transmission fluid levels, diagnostic codes, and shift modes using the shift selector display in Allison transmissions.

The shift selector can display whether the fluid level is okay, low, or performing a delayed check. It will also indicate how many quarts need to be added if low.

When a problem is detected, the transmission control module will restrict shifting, illuminate the check trans light, and register a diagnostic code.
