across six core disciplines: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Services Engineering, Construction Management,
Commercial Management and Planning & Project Controls. At the end of the programme, all Interns will be given priority
consideration to join the Laing O’Rourke Graduate Development Programme commencing January 2022.

Construction Management involves working on every aspect of a project. Checking plans and designs, making sure the
project progresses as planned, ensuring the highest level of safety and quality, managing people, as well as working with
contractors. Construction Management teams work closely with all facets of a project; planning, commercial, safety,
engineering, design, digital engineering and quality, with the overall goal of ensuring a project is delivered safely, on time, to
budget and to the highest of standards. Managing construction projects requires a combination of different skills and a
passion for engineering and buildings. Your role will require you to lead a team, manage others and work collaboratively with
