1.1 This procedure shall be applied to all items involved in the product realization process and the
final product itself. The purpose of this procedure is to control the handling, storage, and dispatch of
finished product, constituent parts and raw materials. This is ensures that the conformity of the product
preserved throughout the process.
2.7 Store-keeper shall check the labels on each drum/s or boxes. After checking the above said information,
finished goods shall be stacked lot wise/batch wise in the respective room.
2.8 Total Dispatch Note received during the day shall be entered into the computer for the purpose of
updating the data.
3.1 Marketing department shall send dispatch advice for each product to dispatch section. This is under
store dept.
3.2 Dispatch advice shall be controlled by marketing department. Batch Manufacturing Record shall be
submitted to Q.A. department before dispatch.
3.1 Following information shall be available on the dispatch advice :
1) Customer P.O. No.
2) Packing List
3) Commercial invoice
4) Name of the party
5) Product Name, total quantity
