    PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PROPOSAL:
    1) Please refer RFQ attached for detail item specification for every line item.
    2) Vendor must submit the Quotation Proposal in this Excel format provided.
    3) Vendor is required to quote in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
    4) Vendor must fill up TABLE 1 if the specification as per RFQ (ie. Technical specs, UOM, quantity/MOQ).
    Proceed with Table 2 if quote not as per RFQ requirement.
    5) Enclose catalog/data sheet for alternative item, if applicable. EMEPMI's preference is for standard items as defined in the RFQ
    6) When saving this Excel file, naming convention : RFQ Number-Vendor Name. DO NOT convert this Excel file into other application.
    7) Failure to comply with these instruction may result in vendor's proposal being excluded from further consideration

    Note:
    EMEPMI reserves the right to reject any and all offers (including alternative offers) made by vendor in its proposal or to discontinue with this quotation
    exercise altogether, with or without assigning any reason thereof
