DESCRIPTION
Our hand wash is made with organic lavender and tea tree
essential oils and other chemical free cleansers to
thoroughly cleanse hands while moisturizing and
purifying the skin. Our hand wash will combat dryness,
leaving hands soft after every wash. The ingredients that
we have used in our product are ½ cup distilled water, 15
drops of lavender essential oil, 10 drops of tea tree
essential oil and ½ cup glycerin liquid soap.

SEGMENTATION
Geographic:
Karachi’s weather keeps changing every then and now
sometimes it moist and sometimes it’s dry and so on, so
we have kept that in mind while making our product. So
our hand wash is good to go with weather conditions of
Karachi.
Demographic:
Our hand wash is safe for children as well as adults (10
years – 50 years) and also for both genders. Only people
with average and high income can buy it because of its
pricing.
Psychographics:
It’s a 100% organic hand wash that we all want. Most
people consider buying organic products rather than the
synthetic ones that are harsh on our skin.

BRANDING STRATEGY
Classical Theory:
Our hand wash is #1 because is 100% organic. It doesn’t
have any chemical dyes in it that’s why it is colorless.
BCG MATRIX
Question mark:
Our hand wash lies in the question mark because we have
low market share as it is a new product in the market in
which people will hesitate to invest.

TARGET MARKET
Blue Ocean Strategy:
Our hand wash is organic and it does not have any
competition in the market because most brands focus on
making synthetic hand washes due to its low pricing.

Research:
There is a growing trend in the market for organic based
hand washes. Organic products are associated with safety
and health. Our 100% organic hand wash is
complementary to this growing market trend.
BRANDING
Benefits:
Our product is safe for people who have skin allergies and
also those who have sensitive skin. Also leaves your
hands soft and fresh after every wash.
Attributes:
Glycerin, distilled water and essential oils (Lavender and
Tea tree).

PRICING STRATEGY
Cost plus:
We have chosen cost plus pricing for our hand wash. Our
total in buying the raw materials was Rs 183 per bottle
and we have kept our profit of Rs 67. We will sell our
hand wash in total of Rs 250 each bottle and we have only
produced 10 units.
VALUE CHAIN
Distribution:
We are going horizontally but we only bought our raw
materials from markets. We sold our products directly.
We didn’t have to keep them in any of the shops because
all of our units were sold with direct sales through
advertising at whatsApp status.

PROMOTIONS
Trade Promotions:
If the retailers buy our product in large quantity then we
will consider increasing their profit margin.
