    I, P/CI JUAN DELA CRUZ (Ret), of legal age, married and a resident of
    323 Pulang Lupa, Tondo, Manila, after having been sworn to in accordance with
    the law hereby depose and state, THAT:

    1. I am the accused in Crim. Case No. ____________ for MALVERSATION


    OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY before the Regional/Municipal Trial
