    AFFIDAVIT OF SOLE ADJUDICATION BY AN HEIR WITH ABSOLUTE SALE

    I ADELAIDA V. BENITEZ married to LEONARDO A. BENITEZ, of legal age, and a resident of


    Amulong, Silang Cavite, after having been sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;

    That I am the sole heir of the deceased PEDRO HERNANDO who died on July 30, 1963 and
    ANITA VILLANUEVA _____________ both in Amulong, Silang Cavite. A copy of their death certificate is
    hereto attached as ANNEX “A” and “B”;

    That the deceased left a real property (parcel of land) located in Brgy.Sinaliw Munti, Alfonso,
    Cavite hereunder described as follows;

    “a parcel of land, with an area of NINE THOUSAND (9000) square meters, more
    or less, bounded on the North (Enrique Calara), on the South (Roman Teano),
    on the East (Feliciano Rosanes), on the West (Carlos Rositos), covered by Tax
    Declaration No. 01-0026-00777, Series 2011”.

    That pursuant to Rule 74, Sec1 of the Revised Rules of Court, of the Philippines, being with full
    capacity to contract, I do hereby adjudicate unto myself, as the sole heir, all the interests of the
    deceased to the parcel of land described above;

    IN TRUTH WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures, this _____ day of
    _________________ at Trece Martires, Cavite.
