    EPIC Public Charter Schools has become the largest school district in Oklahoma with over 40,000 students enrolled for the upcoming school year. The virtual public charter school has students in all 77 counties in the state. While about 60% of new enrollments are due to the COVID-19 pandemic, 40% of students indicated their enrollment was unrelated to the virus. Dale Schools will begin the new school year on August 12th with both traditional in-person and virtual learning options, though they estimate only 30-40 students will choose virtual at this time. Teachers are being trained virtually and most support whatever measures are needed during the pandemic.
