    HEART SECTION

    START

    ER TRIAGE  SELF PAY: Activate existing account of patient / encode patient


    NURSE TO CALL
    data new data to the system (BIZBOX)
    INFORMATION/
    ADMITTING  FOR HMO: Confirm if test and ppe set is covered by
    /HMO HEALTHCARD.

     SELF PAY: ER TRIAGE NURSE call the HEART SECTION and relay
    ER TRIAGE
    NURSE TO CALL
    test.
    HEART SECTION  FOR HMO: ER TRIAGE NURSE endorse covered by hmo (card) or
    non-covered (self pay) procedures.

    HEART SECTION  SELF PAY: Relay price for tests request and price for FULL PPE
    TO ER TRIAGE set.
    NURSE
     FOR HMO: Verification of covered and non-covered
    procedures.

    ER TRIAGE  SELF PAY: Relay consent given by the patient for charging. The
    NURSE TO HEART SECTION shall charge procedure and PPE set
    HEART SECTION
     FOR HMO: The HEART SECTION shall post AR all covered
    procedures.
     SELF PAY: Bring printed charge slip and ecg cart.
    HEART SECTION
     FOR HMO: Bring LOA for signing of patient.

     SELF PAY: Before the procedure pay the charges and get the
    HEART SECTION
    /PATIENT to
    official receipt and change if there is any.
    CASHIER  FOR HMO: Pay charges for non- covered item. LOA must be
    signed by the patient.

    HEART SECTION
    to PATIENT  PERFORM the PROCEDURE with complete PPE set.

    HEART SECTION  Official receipt and change shall be given back to the patient.
    to PATIENT  Count change before patient leave.
     Instruct patient for the possible result of the procedure.

    HEARTSECTION RESULT: during releasing of result the HEART SECTION must


    tp ER TRIAGE confirm from the ER triage nurse whether the one claiming the
    NURSE
    result is the patient or relatives with authorization letter and
    valid id of the patient.
