    So she wants that her remains be cremated and her ashes be placed in the Cathedral of St. Thomas in
    Legaspi City, in accordance with the rights of the Roman Catholic Church. She adjudicates to her two
    children, namely, Emilio Rivera Jr., an American Citizen, single, and a resident of Perth Australia, and to
    her only daughter Amelia Aileen Rivera, also of legal age, an American citizen, separated, and a resident
    of LA, California.

    The following of her real properties

    1. A 2500 sqm parcel of land located in Legaspi Port, covered by TCT no. 59155….
    2. 2/3 of her interest in a parcel of land located in Cebu City, covered by TCT no.62345, containing
    an area of 3250 sqm, more or less
    3. 1/2 of her interest in a parcel of rice land located in Albay, designated as Lot 5144B
    4. ½ of her interest in a parcel of land located in Calbon Tanay Rizal, covered be TCT no. 74119,
    containing an area of 4000 sqm, more or less
    5. 2/3 of ½ interest in a parcel of land located in Plaza Almeya, Tanay Rizal, covered by TCT 74828,
    containing an area of 1088 sqm.

    Shall be adjudicated to her son.

     2/3 of ½ interest in a parcel of land located in Plaza Almeya, Tanay Rizal, covered by TCT 3459,
    containing an area of 450 sqm shall be adjudicated to her daughter
     A parcel of land located in Ermine Garcia,Quezon City with an area of 1000 sqm and covered by
    tax declaration number 12-001-00584 shall be adjudicated to her daughter
     Likewise, her ½ share of a parcel of land located at Bagumbayan, Tagaytay PH, overe by tax dec
    no. 12-002-00649 containing an area of 2000 sqm, more or less, shall be adjudicated to both
    children

    She also adjudicates and bequeaths the remaining 1/3 of her ½ interest in a property located at Paspit,
    tanay Rizal, covered by TCT 21884, containing an area o 1000sqm to her gchildren namely, Gabriela
    Rivera and Samuel Rivera as the heirs of his deceased son, Leander Rivera, share and share alike.
    Appoint an Executor and executrix
