    I Atul H. Mehta, son of Late Shri Haridas, aged about 60 years, resident of
    Prag Flat No.602 6th Floor, 27, Peddar Road, Mumbai now come down to
    New Delhi, do hereby solemnly declare and state as under:

    1. That I am Appellant in the above matter and am therefore competent


    to swear the present Affidavit.

    2. That I am fully aware of the facts and circumstances of the present


    case and I am, therefore, competent to swear the present Affidavit in
    support of the I.A.

    3. That I have gone through the contents of the accompanying I.A.


    Application for filing additional documents and state that the same are
    true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

    4. That all the Annexure annexed with the Application are true copy of
    the respective Original.
