    I, Gurnam Arora, Joint Managing Director, M/s Satnam Overseas


    Limited, having Address at 201, Vipps Centre 2, Community
    Complex Masjid Moth New Delhi-110 048, do hereby solemnly
    affirm and declare as under :-

    1. That I am the Joint Managing Director of the Defendant


    Company in the above matter and being well conversant with the
    facts and circumstances of the present case and competent to
    depose this affidavit.

    2. That the accompanying application under order 23 Rule 3


    read with Section 151 of CPC has been drafted with consent of my
    counsel, as per my instructions. I have read and understood the
    contents of the accompanying application and state that the same
    are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
