This procedure is limited to infrastructure, which directly affects the well being at Home Office and Site
Office.

5.0 PROCEDURE
Whenever a requester is in need of additional fixed asset facilities such as computer including soft &
hardware, printers, office equipment / furniture and safety equipment, the requester shall fill in the
General Request for Purchase Form. (Refer to Attachment 1).
a) Maintain proper record on company vehicles, photocopy machine, fax machines and plan printers
maintenance,
i) Once in every six months for fax machines (with expired maintenance period) and PABX,
ii) Once a year for fire extinguishers and to check the condition once in every six months,
a) Basic infrastructure furnished for personnel at site shall be in accordance with Standard Site
Requirements as stated in the Request Form for Site Office Facilities at site office. (Refer to
Attachment 2)
b) The PM/CM needs to tick the infrastructure needed as mentioned in Attachment 2 and request ADE
or ADM to make the infrastructure readily available upon mobilization of personnel to site.
Additional request, if so required (by the nature of the project) is to be made through General
Request for Purchase Form Attachment 1.
c) The Infrastructure Handover Form shall be issued by ADE when handing over the requested
equipment (Refer to Attachment 3).
