Dry Chemical Powder Type Fire Extinguishers
Guard Dry Chemical Powder Fire Extinguishers are
specially effective for 'B', 'C' and Electrical fires. It
can be used on fires involving flammable liquids such
as pe trol , pa raf fin, oi l, var ni she s, pa int s, spi rits,
solvents, as also on Gaseous fires like LPG and
Ac etylene. Be cause of its non-conductivity, it is
ideally suited for Electrical fires (Mixed Occupancies)

operated these extinguishers expel the Dry Chemical
Powder which can be directed on to the fire to quench

Carbon - Di - Oxide Type Fire Extinguishers
Guard CO2 type fire extinguishers are most effective in
guarding electrical fire and those involving flammable
liquids such as petrol, paraffin, oil, vamishes, paints and
spirits as also for Gaseous fires like LPG and Acetylene.

form of a dense white cloud, which not only smothers
