MAP Testing in Reading and Math, Grades 1-5 begins this week!
Cyber Cox Cub of the Week: Congratulations to the following students for being an awesome Cyber Cox Cub
Student last week in Grades K, 2, and 4: Vincent Loveland, Timbre Zlomke, Olivia Sosa, Leighton Miller,
Jordan Young, Jaedyn Nivitanont, Harper Huff, Evenlyn Winfree, Catherine Karsaz, Boris Pamukchiev,
Benecio Gulinello, and Angie Grajeda!

Our Fall Fundraiser is kicking off this week!

We are raising funds to support technology at our school!
We are in need of projectors for our smartboards, additional monitors for
distance learning, printers, and desktop cameras.
Our goal which developed from this distance learning experience was to
work towards a school of 1 to 1 device for every student!

We are working with an online school company called “InstaRaise” and all student and
parent prizes are redeemed online; nothing to order or pick up!

The registration letter went out on Parentlink Friday and can be found on our website
and Class Dojo!

We hope that you’ll support our efforts in maintaining our current technology and to
increase technology access for all our students!

It’s solely a donation-based fundraiser, there are student and class competitions, and
it’s all done online. We’re trying to raise funds through September 25th!

Milers: Great job to the following students for putting in their miles last week: Carl LoBue, Ryan LoBue,
Zachary Camuso, Nico Camuso finished 10 miles each! Celina McCoy-Rasmus completed 4 miles!
Parents, send me the names of your students and their miles completed so I can celebrate them in our newsletter!

Technology Update: If your child still needs the district WIFI hotspot for internet, an Ipad, or a Chromebook
please contact the front office at 799-5730.

Next 3 Weeks of Student Work Pick Up: Parents, your classroom teachers will notify you through Class Dojo if
they are creating another 3 week series of paper work packets. Student Work Packets will be available for pick up on
Friday, September 11, 2020 from 9:00am-11:00am and then again at 2:00pm-4:00pm at the front of the school, side
