RE : SWAB TEST POLICY

In line with the recent RT-PCR (Swab Test) of our employees, the Company would like
to remind every employee that we are monitoring the spread of Covid-19 inside our company
premises and that we are taking all necessary preventive measures to ensure the health and safety
of our employees. Thus, we are requiring employees to comply with the following guidelines:

EMPLOYEES WHO ARE REQUIRED TO UNDERGO RT-PCR (SWAB TEST)


- Employees who has direct contact to a person with confirmed case of Covid-19.
- Employees who are experiencing mild symptoms of Covid-19.
- Employees who are unsure of their current health condition or status.
WHO MAY RETURN TO WORK?
- Employees who tested negative on RT-PCR.
- Employees who are not required to undergo RT-PCR.
EMPLOYEES WHO TESTED POSITIVE (ASYMPTOMATIC)
- Employees who are positive shall not return to work.
- If an employee was confirmed to be positive but did not manifest any symptoms within
14 days from the date of the test, he/she may return to work accordingly.
EMPLOYEES WHO TESTED POSITIVE (SYMPTOMATIC)
- Employees who are positive shall not return to work.
- If an employee was confirmed to be positive of Covid19, and he/she have symptoms
prior or upon conducting the swab test, he must coordinate to his/her respective LGU
(Barangay) for proper isolation and conform to the guidelines set by the IATF.
- Upon compliance thereafter, he/she must secure a certification from their respective LGU
that he/she is fit to work.
- In the event that an employee fails to coordinate with their respective LGU, another 14
days isolation must be made from the date of recovery from the symptoms before he/she
may return to work.
