hereby depose and state:
1. That I am a holder / owner / possessor of the following identification card/ document? ATM

efforts to locate the same;

46 A. Arambulo St., BF Resort Village, Talon II, Las Pinas City, in consideration of the sum of Five Million
Pesos (P5,000,000.00), to me in hand paid by Stephany E. Yumol, of legal age, single, a Filipino citizen,
and a resident of B3 L3 Citihomes Subd., Aldana St., Las Pinas City hereby, sell, transfer and convey unto
said Stephany E. Yumol, her assigns and heirs, a parce of land with improvements thereof situated in
Silang, Cavite, and more particularly described as follows:
(Lot 20 Blk 54 of consolidation subdivision plan (LRC) Pcs-13265, being a portion

of the consolidation of Lots 4751-A and 4751-B (LRC) Psd-50533, Lot 3, Psd-100703, Lot
1, Psd150980, LRC Rec. Nos. Nos. N-27024, 51768, 89632, N-11782, N-13466, and 21071
situated in the Bo. of San Donisio, Mun of Paranaque, Prov of Rizal, Is. of Luzon. Bounded
on NE., point 4 to 1 by Road Lot 22, on...to the point of beginning; containing an area of
(280) square meters more or less..."
of which I am the registered owner in accordance with the Land Registration Act, as amended, my title
thereto being evidenced by Original/ Transfer Certificate Title No. ______ issued by the Register of
Deeds of Antipolo, Rizal.

WHEREAS, the BUYER offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the abovementioned

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos
(P700,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the BUYER to the SELLER, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL,
TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the said BUYER, her heirs and assigns, the certain Toyota Vios with all
improvements found thereon.
