ATTENDANCE:
The meeting of the Human Resource Merit & Promotion Selection Board (HRMPSB, this city, was called to order at
1:30 in the afternoon by Ms. Mimsy M. Mayuman, Authorized Representative, HRMPSB.
After the roll call of the Secretariat, a quorum was declared. Ms. Mimsy M. Mayuman presented to the Board the
agendum of the meeting which was to deliberate the screening results of the applicants for the following positions:

The board assessed and evaluated the qualifications of each candidate in accordance with the Civil Service
Commission (CSC) rules and guidelines on promotion/selection, and the Agency’s Merit Selection Plan. All of them
were considered for the positions, having met the minimum qualification standards.
Ms. Mimsy M. Mayuman requested the department heads and authorized representatives to comment on the results
of the evaluation.
MOTION to endorse Ms. RENEE MAE ACABAL as Administrative Aide VI Item No. 8 SG 6 of the Office of the City
Building Official to the appointing Authority for his final decision. Jointly moved and seconded. Unanimously
carried.
Engr. Jenito M. Asequia, Department Head of the Office of the City Building Official, recommended Ms. Acabal as
she is the lone applicant of the said vacant position. Moreover, she has been handling the tasks of the said vacant
position, and has specialized trainings which are critical in the office’s mandates.
MOTION to endorse Mr. EDGARDO M. TAGANAHAN as Electrical Inspector II Item No. 42 SG 8 of the Office of the
City Building Official to the appointing Authority for his final decision. Jointly moved and seconded. Unanimously
carried.
Engr. Jenito M. Asequia, Department Head of the Office of the City Building Official, recommended Mr. Taganahan,
as he has been handling the tasks of the said vacant position. He also has very a satisfactory work performance.

the appointing Authority for his final decision. Jointly moved and seconded. Unanimously carried.
