    Zomato.

    EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

    The initial phase of internship deals with the preparation of questionnaire for the focus group and
    then reaching out to them and making them fill the questionnaire.
    Questionnaire was prepared based on the certain parameters such as:
    Age group Delivery time
    Lifestyle Preferred cuisines
    Frequency of ordering food Preferred restaurant
    Company preference Entertainment preferences

    Online food ordering is the process of ordering food from a website or other application. The
    product can be either ready-to-eat food (e.g., direct from a home-kitchen, restaurant,) or food that
    has not been specially prepared for direction consumption (e.g., vegetables direct from a
    farm/garden, frozen meats. etc).

    Zomato is an Indian restaurant aggregator and food delivery start-up founded by Deepinder
    Goyal and Pankaj Chaddah in 2008. Zomato provides information, menus and user-reviews of
    restaurants as well as food delivery options from partner restaurants in select cities. Zomato also
    began grocery delivery amid the COVID-19 outbreak. As of 2019, the service is available in 24
    countries and in more than 10,000 cities.

    Business development entails tasks and processes to develop and implement growth
    opportunities within and between organizations. It is a subset of the fields of business,
    commerce and organizational theory. Business development is the creation of long-term value
    for an organization from customers, markets, and relationships. Business development can be
    taken to mean any activity by either a small or large organization, non-profit or for-profit
    enterprise which serves the purpose of ‘developing’ the business in some way. In addition,
    business development activities can be done internally or externally by a business development
    consultant. External business development can be facilitated through Planning Systems, which
    are put in place by governments to help small businesses. In addition, reputation building has
    also proven to help facilitate business development.
