    1- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering


    2- Minimum total experience of 8 years holding a similar position of which at
    least 3 years are in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
    Qualification 3- Bilingual in Arabic and English is a must. The ability to understand basic
    Urdu is a plus.
    4- Experience with ADCE projects is a plus.

    Required Skill Set 5- Microsoft Office Products ( Excel, Word & Outlook)
    (In case of IT requirements) 6- AutoCAD ( Basic Level)

    Job Description / Responsibilities
    • To be responsible for day to day site work 
    • To follow up with site engineers of sub-contractor to ensure that work is
    being carried out as per the plan.
    • To interact with Consultant for clarification in design/ RFI etc. 
    • To report on daily basis about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to
    the Project Manager 
    • To ensure that communication regarding any changes in plan has
    reached the Sub-contractors. 
    • To conduct regular job site inspections.
    • To actively monitor the work environment for hazards 
    • To assist in the quality and safety audit.
    • To identify and highlight possible risk on project.
    • To assist in necessary project documentation.
    • To coordinate with the Store keeper for inventory of material thereby
    ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained
    • To coordinate for verification of extra claims raised by the contractor
    • To monitor, evaluate and ensure that all work is being carried out safely 
    • To implement technical and safety requirements for the project 
    • To review and comment on project contractor’s method statement and
    risk assessment.
    • To ensure that the HSE plan is being implemented and report all non-
    conformance to the QHSE manager
    • To attend and review all benchmarking meetings 
    • To ensure construction QA/QC processes are being implemented by the
    sub-contractors 
    • To be responsible for all aspects related to Project quality assurance and
    quality control.
    • To prepare project specific quality plan, inspection and test plans, check
    sheets and related procedures 
    • To be responsible for the implementation of Quality Management &
    Quality Control program for the relevant project site.
    • To conduct and control the daily site inspections.
    • To be responsible for the completion of necessary documentation to verify
    the work performed.
    • To ensure that inspection requests are implemented.
    • To ensure that all test reports are verified to meet the contract
    requirements.
    • To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to
    specified requirements.
    • To issue and administer Non Conformance Reports as necessary and
    ensure follow up.
    • To report to Projects Director on deficiencies in the operation of Quality
    Management & Control System.
    • To control and sign ‘As built Drawings’.
