11.1 A shop owner places 12 boxes of pens on a shelf ; 5 boxes of RED pens and
7 boxes of BLACK pens.
Two customers, one followed by the other, each randomly selects a box of pens
from the shelf and places it in their trolley.

have been taken, determine the probability that both customers take
a box of RED pens. (3)
11.1.3 The owner of the shop now replaces the boxes in the following way:
If the first customer takes a box of black pens, the owner replaces it
immediately with a box of RED pens and if the first customer takes a
box of red pens, the owner replaces it immediately with a box of
BLACK pens.
