    Group Interview Moderator Script:

    1. Welcome to the group interview portion of CLP recruitment! Please turn your cameras
    on if you haven’t already.
    2. My name is (_____) and I will be the moderator for this zoom interview.
    3. First, each of the interviewers are going to briefly introduce themselves although they will
    primarily take notes throughout the interview. Interviewers, please turn your cameras off
    after introducing yourself so we can be focused on the applicants as they are sharing.
    (interviewers say their names)
    4. Applicants, please “hide non-video participants” in zoom by clicking on the three dots on
    your own video box. This will make it easier to talk view other applicants and minimize
    confusion. (Share screen to the first PowerPoint slide)
    5. (Change slide to duck/horse) Now, as each applicant has a chance to share your
    names, please also answer this question on the PowerPoint slide and briefly give us
    your reasoning for your choice.
    6. Next we will be asking you to share your “leadership artifact” and what it means to you.
    You each get 1 minute. (Moderator attaches link to case study IN ZOOM CHAT while
    they are talking)
    7. Thank you for your thoughtful responses. The last activity in this interview will require
    you all to make a group decision. We want to make sure everyone gets a chance to
    speak, so do with that what you will. In the zoom chat is a link to a case study. (insert
    this link: Group Interview Case Study.docx) Please open this up. Let us know if you do
    not have access to it. I will read the description and then leave you all to make your
    group decision. (Read case study intro. and share screen. Turn off screen share when
    done reading). If there aren't any more questions, please begin!
    8. Thank you so much for being here and applying for CLP. We appreciate your interest
    and are excited to bring in a new class of students.
    9. We are going to be making admission decisions the following weekend and these will be
    sent out in the form of a letter, so please check your MSC box Monday or Tuesday. For
    those accepted into the program, there will be an introductory seminar on Nov. 14th
    10am-12 for first year students.
    10. Now that you have gone through the interview process, please keep this information
    confidential. It is important to us that all applicants have an equal experience
    interviewing for CLP!
