five day Semestral Break In – Service Training Workshop to be held at Bagong Bayan
Central School on December 14 – 18, 2020. The participants to the workshop are the
teachers of Bagong Bayan Central School, Bongabong North District.
No fees shall be collected from the participants for the workshop. Expenses relative to the
training will be drawn from the school MOOE.
Attached are the proposed activities, budget proposal, training matrix, committees involved
and school memorandum for your reference. A terminal report on the conduct of the training
will be submitted on or before December 23, 2020 in soft and hard copy.

As per Division Memorandum disseminated regarding the INSET training per

school, this Office is hereby directing all school teachers to participate in
Semestral Break In – Service Training Workshop held at Bagong Bayan Central
School, Bongabong North District, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro on December 14
– 18, 2020.
1. School Memorandum shall be used as guide and reference in facilitating the
Semestral Break In – Service Training Workshop.
2. The Objectives of the Semestral Break In – Service Training Workshop are as

follows:
1. Update teachers’ know-how on DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2020 known as Interim
Guidelines for Assessment and Grading in Light of the Basic Education
Continuity Plan and Deped Order No. 49, s. 2006 known as the Revised Rules of
Procedures of the DepEd Administrative Cases.
2. To assist teachers to obtain relevant understanding about School Based

Management.
3. Revisit Key Result Areas and Code of Ethics of Teachers.
4. Keep teachers about DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2007 and Reclassification for
Promotion of Teachers.
5. Discuss the strength and weaknesses of the Filipino Character.
6. Discuss at least two global issues in society and explain proposed solution to
the social problems.

7. Explain what school and community partnership means, legal and socialized
bases of school and community partnership and cite example of school
community partnership.
3. Participants of this activity are the 23 teachers of Bagong Bayan Central School
which required to bring their PPST/RPMS booklet, DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2020,
DepEd Order No. 49, s. 2006, Manila paper, pentel pen, art/colored paper and
conference notebook.
4. No registration fee shall be collected from the participants.
5. Attached herewith are the Program of Activities and Training Matrix.
6. Immediate and wide disseminations of this memorandum is desired.

PROJECT PROPOSAL
I. 2020 SEMESTRAL BREAK IN – SERVICE TRAINING WORKSHOP FOR TEACHERS
II. RATIONALE:
Teachers are responsible in molding the minds of the youth. They should be
equipped with knowledge, skills, talents, attitudes and values that can bring them
until they grow old and that can be shared to others. In this five (5) day In –
service training is very much needed for them to enhance their knowledge and
capabilities in the different issuance of DepEd Orders, Memoranda, and other
matters related to teaching and for the teachers personal and professional growth
and for the development of their teaching – learning process.
III. Objectives:
To update teachers’ know-how on the different issuances of DepEd Orders,
memos, and other related matters to teaching and for the teachers’ personal and
professional growth and for the development of their teaching – learning process.
IV. Brief Description of the Activity

The persons involved in this activity is the twenty three (23) teachers of
Bagong Bayan Central School and 2 volunteer teachers. Teachers will convene
on December 14 – 18, 2020 at BBCS E-Room.
Budget Estimates
The budget estimate of the proposed activity amounting to Php2, 038.00.
This will cover the materials, and other incidental expenses relative to the project.
V. Funding
Funding source will come from the school MOOE, and no fees shall be collected
from the participants.
VI. Expected Outcomes

1. Teachers’ knowledge is enhanced in the issuances of the Different DepEd
Orders, Memoranda and other matters related to teaching.
2. Present the outputs on the different topics discussed.

VII. Beneficiaries
The beneficiaries of the proposed activity are the 23 BBCS teaching staff and 2
volunteers of Bongabong North District.
