A. Parts of the Body

Remember:

We use our mouth to eat and talk.

We used our hands to hold.

We used our feet to walk.

We use our eyes to see.

We use our ears to hear.


B. Five Senses

The sense organs are the body organs by which humans are able to see, smell,

hear, taste, and touch or feel. The five sense organs are the eyes (for seeing),

nose (for smelling), ears (for hearing), tongue (for tasting), and skin (for touching

or feeling).

Let’s try this: Tell what senses are you using.

1. The candy is sweet.

2. The music is very loud.

3. My sister’s dress is beautiful

4. The mosquito bite me.

5. The flower is odorous.


C. Living Things and Non-living things

 All living things breathe, eat, grow, move, reproduce and have senses.

 Non-living things do not eat, grow, breathe, move and reproduce. They do not

have senses.
