Project Overview
PT. ATW Sejahtera (“ATW”) is pleased to provide this proposal for an on-grid solar PV system engineering,
procurement, and construction for Universitas Pamulang Viktor at the facility in Jl. Raya Puspitek, Buaran,
Pamulang, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten 15310, Indonesia. This proposal outlines the scope of work,
methodology, and equipment in undertaking the work.

As part of a concerted effort to take greater responsibility for the environmental impact of its operations,
Universitas Pamulang Viktor is looking to adopt more sustainable operating practices. Universitas
Pamulang Viktor is also looking to invest in solar power to achieve lower electricity prices over the long
term and reduce its reliance on the higher prices of regional utility.

To support these aims, a solar system based on Photovoltaic (PV) panels is a reliable and affordable option
to support the switch to cheaper and greener energy. PV is also a durable and proven energy system
effectively generating power for manufacturing facilities all over the world.

Even with factoring in the initial cost of equipment, as soon as the system goes live, ATW’s solar solutions
will generate power at a lower price per kilowatt than what Customer is currently paying to the current
source of electricity.
