Fenomena tersebut dapat kita lihat pada perempuan-perempuan saat ini.

Mereka banyak menghabiskan waktunya di tempat-tempat kecantikan untuk merawat

kecantikannya agar tetap terjaga. Mempersolek diri memang sudah kodrat seorang

wanita. Tapi perlu di ingat, janganlah melakukan suatu hal secara berlebihan karena

itu tidak baik dan di larang oleh agama.

Untuk mengembalikan kealamian kulit agar sehat dan cantik tidak harus

memerlukan biaya yang besar tetapi ada cara yang lebih mudah, murah, dan tentu saja

sehat. Berikut ini adalah beberapa rahasia untuk menjaga agar kulit anda sehat dan

cantik.

1. Mandi teratur dengan shower

Air dari shower akan langsung membasuh kotoran dan busa sabun dari tubuh

kita. Berbeda jika kita mandi dengan cara berendam, kotoran dari tubuh akan

tercampur di air dan bisa kembali menempel di tubuh.

2. Gunakan sabun sesuai jenis kulit

Sering merasakan kulit yang kering setelah mandi? Berarti nada perlu

mencermati sabun yang anda pakai. Sabun yang menghasilkan banyak busa

berarti mengandung deterjen yang banyak pula. Ini akan membuat kulit kering

dan kasar. Perlu kita ketahui, setelah di cuci dengan sabun, pH kulit akan naik

menjadi 9 dari pH kulit normal yaitu 4,2-6,2 (pH balance). Jadi, pilihlah sabun

ber-pH rendah.

3. Memakai tabir surya saat keluar rumah

Rasanya sulit untuk menghindari pancaran sinar matahari langsung. Untuk itu,

gunakan tabir surya (sunblock) agar kulit terlindung dari cahaya matahari

yang mengandung sinar UV berbahaya. Tentunya, pilih sunblock yang

formulanya aman digunakan dan sesuai jenis kulit.

4. Minum air dalam jumlah cukup

Tubuh manusia terdiri dari 80% air sehingga penting bagi kita untuk

mengkonsumsi air putih agar tidak dahidrasi dan kulit tidak kering. Banyak

minum air putih adalah salah satu cara perawatan kulit yang paling efisien dan

alami serta cocok untuk berbagai jenis kulit. Minumlah 8 gelas air sehari atau

lebih untuk mendapatkan kulit yang sehat.

5. Banyak makan sayur dan buah

Sayuran dan buah-buahan banyak mengandung vitamin yang baik untuk

kesehatan tubuh dan kulit. Asupan vitamin dan antioksidan dari sayur dan

buah-buahan amat penting bagi kulit karena mampu menangkal radikal bebas

yang akan merusak kulit.
