This axial flow fan is designed and produced by Shanghai Blower Works Co.,
LTD with TLT Germany’s techniques for an Induced Draught Fan.
本轴流风机由上海鼓风机厂有限公司基于德国TLT引风机技术设计并制造。

The unit is mounted on a foundation block. An electric motor attached on


the outside via an intermediate shaft with couplings provides the necessary
power.
本设备应安置于基础上,由外部的电动机通过带联轴器的中间轴提供必需的动
力。
To adapt the respective load point with regard to the corresponding quantity
of flue gas, the blades are adjusted hydraulically. Function of the impeller blade
adjustment system is described under Paragraph 2.2.3.
为了适应不同的气体流量,叶片可以通过液压调节系统调节角度。叶片液压调
节系统的功能请参考 2.2.3 节。
A nose fairing provides favorable flow condition in front of the impeller.
在叶轮前设置了用于改善气体流动状态的整流罩。
Straighten vanes are welded behind the impeller to ensure best possible
down stream conditions. A static pressure is achieved through change from
kinetic energy of flue gas into static pressure energy.
叶轮后方安装了后导叶以尽可能的改善流场。流动气体的能量全部转换为静压
能时的压力就是静压。
To avoid transmission of vibration, the fan is connected to adjacent sections
via expansion joints on both suction and discharge sides. These expansion
joints are also able to absorb thermal expansion if necessary.
为了避免传导振动,在风机的进口和出口处都安装由膨胀节。这些膨胀节还可
以在必要的情况下吸收热力膨胀。
The direction of rotation of the impeller is clockwise seen against the flow
direction.
叶轮旋转方向为逆气流方向看顺时针。

2.1 Main component groups of the fan

2.1 风机主要部件
The fan is subdivided in main component groups. And those are also
subdivided in sub-structural component groups. Consequently the most
important fan components will get one component number each, which will
appear in the following in round brackets.
风机被分成一些主要部套,这些部套也是由一些零件组成的。一般风机中重要

2.2 Rotor assembly (10.00)

The rotor fan consists of one impeller (12.00) with blades (13.12), the blade
bearing assemblies (14.00), the hydraulic impeller blade adjustment system
(18.00), the thrust device and the main bearing (11.00).
风机的转子由带叶片(13.21)的叶轮(12.11)、液压调节装置(18.00)、推力
装置(19.00)、和主轴承系统(11.00)组成。

2.2.1 Main bearing (11.00)


主轴承(11.00)
The main bearing, a compact unit, centered and screwed in the lower half
of the fan housing. To seal the bearing shaft near the housing, a non-contact
labyrinth sealing system has been provided. There are on each side two leak
chambers adjacent to the housing.
主轴承系统由主轴和带轴承的轴承箱组成,此箱体同心的放置于风机机壳下部
并用螺栓紧固。
The main bearing is a rolling type bearing and is lubricated by oil circulation.
For this purpose an oil supply unit is attached outside the fan.
轴承的润滑通过润滑油循环工作。在风机本体外面设有一个油站来满足这个功
能。

2.2.2 Impeller (12.00)


叶轮(12.00)
The impeller consists of a hub, a supporting disc, a solid load ring for taking
up the centrifugal forces and a guide ring.
叶轮由焊接轮毂、支撑环、用以吸收离心力的撑筋、导向环、承载环和叶轮轮
壳组成。
Hub and fan shaft are connected by interference fit and secured with a key.
To permit mounting the impeller on the shaft, the hub opening is widened
oil-hydraulically.
轮毂和风机主轴之间的连接通过键配合。在将叶轮安装于轴上时,轮毂必须要
先用液压油扩张。
The centrifugal forces of the blades (13.12) and blade shafts (14.00) are
transferred via axial deep groove ball bearings into relatively small load ring.
叶片(13.21)和叶柄(14.11)上的离心力通过深沟球轴承传导到的支撑环上,
并因此产生惯性力。
Before delivery, the complete rotor assembly will be balanced statically and
dynamically.
在整个部套交付之前,整个转子必须进行动态平衡。

2.2.3 Hydraulic blade adjustment system


液压调节装置
The blades (13.12) will be adjusted and kept in position during operation by
the hydraulic impeller blade adjustment system. The adjusting range is indicated
in the characteristic diagram and in the rotor assembly drawing.
风机运行时,通过液压调节装置,可调节叶片(13.21)的运行角度并保持在
这一角度上。叶片安装调节的范围表示在特性曲线图和转子图上。
The blades (13.12), fixed at the outer end of the shaft (14.11), will be
adjusted and kept in position by means of a lever (14.56), which is provided with
a sliding block (14.52) and which is located at the inner end of the blade shaft.
Those levers and sliding blocks are embraced by the adjusting discks
(19.32/19.33).
叶片(13.21)安装在叶柄(14.11)的外端,叶片的行程角可以通过装在叶柄末
端的调节杆(14.56)和滑块(14.52)进行调节并保持在一定的位置上。这些滑块安
装在调节环上(19.32/19.33)。
The adjusting discs are connected with the cylinder of hydraulic impeller
blade adjustment system (18.00) via the thrust device.
调节环跟液压调节装置(18.00)直接相连。
The control of this cylinder is affected via the control slide valve in the
control head.
液压调节装置通过操作液压缸的滑阀进行控制。
The pressure oil in the space of the control slide valve can reach the
respective side of the adjusting cylinder via the boring-holes through the
respective ducts when the control slide valve is opened.

当控制阀打开时,控制阀中的压力油会通过液压缸中的镗孔溢出,进入各自的
管道并最终进入各自的油腔。
Now the adjusting cylinder is displaced accordingly and the blades are
adjusted in the same way via levers. The oil on the other side of the cylinder
returns through ducts when also the control slide valve is opened.
安装好液压缸,并用调节杆控制叶片。液压缸另一边多余的液压油经溢油阀流
回油站。
To the same extent as the adjusting cylinder is moved, the returned rod will
also be moved (as it is fixed at the adjusting cylinder and arranged in the
rotational axis). Thus the boring-holes, released by the control slide valve, will
be shut via gearwheels and gear racks installed in the control head.
因为回油杆固定在液压缸上并且可以轴向运动,当液压缸移动的时候,回油杆
也将移动。此时,由控制阀控制的镗孔将会因为齿轮的啮合而关闭。
Upon reaching the given position, the adjusting procedure is finished.
到达指定位置时,调节过程终止。

2.3.1 Adjusting and indicating shafts


调节杆和指示轴
The mechanical connection between the hydraulic impeller blade
adjustment system and the respective components outside of the fan housing is
attained via an indicator shaft and a setting shaft (When using an actuator for
the setting shaft instead of a proportional valve).
液压调节装置和机壳外元件的机械连接通过指示轴和调节轴来实现。两个轴通
过一个空心管子与外界相连。
An electro-mechanic actuator affects the hydraulic impeller blade
adjustment system via the setting shaft (22.00).
电动执行器通过调节轴(22.00)控制液压调节装置。
The blade position reached is transmitted from the hydraulic adjustment
system via an indicator shaft (22.10) to the indicator scale.
叶片角度位置通过指示轴(22.10)显示在表盘上。

2.3.2 Intermediate shaft and coupling


中间轴和联轴器
The spring shackle-type couplings connect as principal components:
作为主要的连接件,刚挠性联轴器包括:
y the motor shaft with the intermediate shaft
y the intermediate shaft with the fan impeller.
y 电机轴与中间轴的联轴器
y 中间轴与叶轮的联轴器
Through their axial and angular flexibility, they absorb linear changes and
displacements in the drive system without reactive forces.
因为其轴向和径向的柔性,刚挠性联轴器可以吸收线性位移和驱动系统的错位
而不会反馈力矩。
The torque produced by the motor is transferred torsion proof, i.e. the
spring shackle-type coupling does for example not contain any elastic rubber
elements. Through this it is maintenance-free.
电机产生的转矩通过联轴器传导。因为刚挠性联轴器不含有任何弹性橡胶元
件,所以不需要维护。
The intermediate shaft transmits the torque produced in the motor into the
impeller of fan.
中间轴将电机产生的扭矩传导到叶轮上。

2.4 Supply units

2.4 供应系统

2.4.1 Oil supply units


油站
The oil supply unit has the following functions:
油站有以下几个功能:
y Oil tank with control equipments and supports of the following systems:
y Control oil circuit to supply the hydraulic impeller blade adjustment
system with hydraulic oil;
y Lube oil circuit for the maintenance of the oil circuit for lubrication and
cooling of the fan main bearing assembly.
y 储存控制设备和润滑系统用油
y 控制液压调节系统的油循环
y 控制风机的润滑油循环和冷却油循环

Oil tank with heating:


油箱的加热系统:
The oil station is fixed by expand bolts; its position can be adjusted at local
site. The oil tank is in an oil pan for return oil and leakage oil. The oil tank is
equipped with one cartridge-type heater. The task of the heater in the oil tank is
to preheat the oil in order to reduce the load of oil pump because of such high
viscosity.
油站由膨胀螺栓固定,它的位置可以调整到适合当地条件的位置。油箱是平底
的,用来回油和放油。油箱上固定有一个盒式加热器。加热器的作用是对油进行预
热降低油的粘度以减少油泵的负载。

Control oil circuit:


控制油循环:
To supply the adjusting hydraulic system and the fan bearing with
lubricating oil, there are two 100% redundant control oil pumps, whereas one
control oil pump must always be in operation during the induced draught fan is
in operation.
油站中有两台泵,其中一台在风机运行时始终处于开启状态,另一台作为备用,
在必要时开启以为液压调节系统和风机轴承提供润滑油。

Lube oil circuit:


润滑油循环:
The oil tank is used together with the lube oil and control oil circuit. The lube
oil circuit supplies the lube oil to fan and its motor bearing. For regulating the
inlet temperature of oil, two heat exchangers (water cooled) are integrated in the
lube oil circuit. For regulating the maximum oil flow into the bearing a throttle
valve is integrated in the circuit and controlled by a flow meter. In addition, to
control the maximum inlet pressure into the bearing, a pressure relief valve is
integrated into the circuit.
油站同时为润滑油系统和控制油系统供油。润滑油系统为风机及电机的轴承提
供润滑油。为了调节进口油温,在润滑油系统中装有两个热交换器(水冷)。通过一
个流量阀可以控制最大油流量。同时附加有一个压力阀门控制进口最大油压。

2.5 控制&测量设备

2.5.1 Vibration monitoring


振动监控器
To monitor a balance error or mechanical fault of the fan, two velocity
sensors are installed inside fan, which measures the velocity of casing vibration
of horizontal and vertical direction, and then transmit the signals to the belonging
vibration evaluation unit. Using the binary switches of the evaluation unit, alarm
and trip signals are created in case of exceeding the setting points. The
analogue signal (4...20 mA) indicates the actual vibration value to the main
control room.
风机内安装了两个速度传感器测量机壳水平和竖直方向上的振动速度并将信
号传导到振动监控设备以监控风机的振动。为了避免喘振,监控设备上的双位开关
会发出警报和停止信号。模拟信号(4-20mA)会将实际振动值显示在主控制室里。
Vibrations of velocity type shall be used for vibration monitoring.
振动速度将会被传导到振动监控器。

2.5.2 Bearing temperature sensors


轴承温度传感器
SBW usually uses hot resistance (PT100). Temperature sensors are
installed at the fan bearing block to monitor the bearing temperature. The
signals of the temperature sensors indicate to the control room if the
temperatures of the fan bearings are not in normal condition. SBW usually
installs double hot resistance (3-wire) to monitor the temperature of the fan
bearing. Double hot resistance keeps the possibility to connect the spare
temperature sensor if the actual measuring sensor is damaged. Therefore all
cables of the bearing temperature sensors have to be connected to the terminal
box of the fan to keep the possibility to change damaged temperature sensor.
上海鼓风机厂有限公司一般使用热电阻(PT100)。在风机轴承箱里安装温度传
感器以监控轴承温度。当轴承温度不在正常范围里时,温度传感器会将温度信号传
导至主控制室。上海鼓风机厂有限公司通常安装双热电阻(3线)监控风机轴承温度。
当温度传感器损坏时,双热电阻会将信号传递给备用温度传感器。所有的温度传感
器都要连接到风机的终端接线盒上以确保可以更换损坏的温度传感器。

2.5.3 Stall alarm system/ stall prevention system


喘振报警装置

The stall alarm system (45.00) indicates the criticality


of pumping for the fan and for the entire plant in case
of overloading of the fan (dangerous operating range).
Indication of the malfunction (text and signal) in control
room!

喘振报警装置(45.00) 指示了风机和整个工厂泵送的极
限值,以防止风机的超载(进入危险运行区域)。
在控制室中发出故障信号(文件和信号)

The functional principle is based on the utilization of the rotating stall. This
effect indicates a flow separation area rotating with the blades can be registered
through a probe as pressure pulse.
该装置功能实现主要基于对喘振的监测。这个现象预示着叶片周围出现了大片
气流涡旋,可以通过压力探针进行监测。
Each impeller blade of the pumping fan is provided with this flow separation
area, which can be registered by Petermann probe.
每个风机叶片都可能产生这种可以被失速探针检测到的气流涡旋。
The Petermann probe looms in front of the first impeller lever into the flow in
such a way that the opening of this probe is arranged against the sense of
rotation of the impeller. That is to make sure that only the pressure pluses of the
flow separation area are registered. The pluses are absorbed in a surge tank
and then lead as smoothed pressure to a differential pressure switch.
安装在第一级叶轮前的失速探针必须将探针的出口逆着叶轮旋转方向安装。确
保失速探针测得的数据得自挠性驻室。挠性驻室可以吸收脉冲压力并将其转化为持
续的压力传递给差压开关。

2.6.1 Fan housing


机壳
The fan housing consists of an upper and a lower part.
机壳是钢板焊接结构,包括上半部分和下半部分。
In the lower part the rotor assembly is mounted and centered via a group of

centering flanges. The hub is connected to the outer casing with support and
straighter vanes which are partially hollow for the guidance of the cables and
tubes / hoses.
转子通过螺栓连接安装在机壳的下半部分,并通过法兰的内孔保证中心对中。
机壳内筒与外壳通过撑筋连接。
Unbalanced forces are transferred into the foundation via heaver designed
stiffening rings and stiffening plates.
不平衡力将通过支撑环和风机底板可靠的传导到基础。
The upper and lower parts are connected via partial flanges. Their surfaces
are machined. Via pin keys the two parts of the fan housing are centered with
each other.
风机的上下两部分通过法兰连接。法兰表面配合成形。两个部分通过销钉定位。

2.6.2 Suction box and diffuser


进气箱和整流器
On suction side the suction box (52.00) is placed in front of the fan housing.
It is connected with the fan via a collar (78.00) which provides a vibration
absorbing insulation.
进气箱(52.00)安置在机壳的进气侧,进气箱通过具有减轻振动效果的围带
(78.00)与风机相连。
On the discharge side the fan housing is connected directly with the diffuser
(55.00) by means of a collar, too. Flow, already straightened by vanes, enters
the diffuser with a high kinetic energy which is transformed into static pressure
and released.
在出口侧,扩压器(55.00)直接通过围带与风机机壳直接相连。叶轮后的流道
经过整流导叶的整流后,以很高的动能进入扩压器。在叶轮后侧的扩压器中一部分
动能转化成静压能,在扩压器出口设置静压测量点。

2.7 Special tools & maintenance devices

2.7 特殊工具&维护设备

For the maintenance of the fan, some special bolts and devices are
necessary. To mount and dismount the impeller from the main shaft, the
mounting and dismounting device has to be used.

This section contains general and specific safety precautions, and detailed
instructions regarding checks, maintenance and servicing, as well as lubrication
and other protective measures, for the preventive maintenance of the induced
draught fan system.

Danger of accident and injury!

No maintenance and technical inspection work is to be


carried out while the fan is running, nor any other work
(dismantling of protective devices, loosening of connection
blots, opening of entry hatches).

 The above mentioned work, as well as entering the inside


of the fan system and dismantling its internal parts can only
begin after the fan has completely stopped and the
following listed clearance criteria are met.

x Drive motor is switched off.
x The fan interior is free from injurious gases.
x The temperature inside and outside of the fan surfaces is lower than

x The blade adjustment system is switched to the minimum position (0%)
–blades closed.
x The exhaust gas shutter (if fitted) is in front of the induced draught fan
locked in the closed position.

The putting into operation maintenance works and


overhauls inside the fan must only be made after carrying
out the following checks.

For a fan operation as failure-free as possible certain maintenance and


technical inspection work is necessary. The required work and the relevant
intervals are shown in the “Maintenance Plan”.(see section3.2,page 21)

Some maintenance and technical inspection work (see the
following table) is only possible during an overhaul.

Recommended overhaul interval:


Every three years or after 24,000 hours of operation,

The contamination of the filter is surveillanced by

permissible limit, alarm is displayed.

·Switch over to the second filter element;
·Clean or replace the filter that was in operation until
now.

individual fan components are to be documented with date
and signature!

To guarantee proper adjustment of the oil temperature during
function tests the oil pumps, cooler and heater must be

shaft centre with anti-corrosive oil Renolin MR 30 or with grease 7014.

is factory prepared in such a way that necessary maintenance works can be

Incorrect use or lack of lubrication and protective substances
x leads to considerable functional failure on the ID FAN
system and
x impedes the dismantling of assemblies during
overhauls.

First of all, lubricating oil ISO VG 46 is the best lubricant for the ID FAN
(both ID-fan and ID FAN). This type of mineral oil can be used as pressure
oil and lubricating oil as well. If there isn’t enough ISO VG 46 at site, ISO
VG 68 is acceptable. But do not mix two or more types of oil together.
首先,ISO VG 46是最适合风机的润滑油。这种型号的矿物油可以被用来当做润滑
油或者压力油。如果没有足够的ISO VG 46,也可以使用ISO VG 68。但是不能一

volume) up to 90%. The oil level is shown on the oil level
display.

Oil flushing instruction:

The cleanliness of operating substances is a prerequisite for
the trouble-free functional safety of all control and regulating

their correct treatment and/or disposal are to be observed!

works, water damaging substances such as greasing

cleaning fluids containing solvents must not pollute the
soil or enter the sewage system!
— The substances must be collected, stored, transported
and disposed of in suitable containers!

4.1 Short description of the fan unit assembly on site

The installation of the fan is carried out by SBW installers using:


¾ the installation sequence plan,
¾ the erection and foundation plans,
¾ the complete assembly drawings,
¾ the required component drawings.

After the assembly of the fan, the ducts and the drive motor, the individual
components will be aligned with each other. Only after all alignment work is fully
completed will the base be poured under the appropriately indicated parts.

The anchors are to fix the steel structure to the foundation work. Each part of the
steel structure is to be secured immediately after erection in place.

2. Diffuser installation
2. 扩压器的安装
The diffuser is placed on the foundation work and is aligned using the shims,
and then welded gastight to the following pressure-side connection piece. In
order to compensate for vertical heat expansion, Belleville spring units are
positioned between the diffuser feet and the anchor nuts.
扩压器固定在基础上,并用围带与机壳连接,用密封材料与其后的压力侧管道焊接。
为了补偿垂直方向的热膨胀,在扩压器地脚和地脚螺栓之间安装了盘形弹簧。
If the fan is so large, it will be split up into small parts. When install the diffuser,
assembly parts first. After this work, tighten all the screws. And before lift the
diffuser to its place, all the flanges should be welded carefully. Gas sealing
welding is much better if possible. Though diffuser is much big now and it‘s very
difficult to lift onto the foundation, SBW sets at least 2 lifting points to help to lift
the big thing. In this process, maybe the drawing of diffuser is useful.
如果风机很大,扩压器会被拆分成较小的部分进行运输。在安装扩压器之前先组装
好扩压器,紧固所有的螺钉并焊接所有的法兰。使用气密材料焊接效果更好。因为
扩压器很大,难以吊起至基础上,上鼓至少设置了两个起吊点以帮助吊起扩压器。

3. Suction box installation


3. 进气箱的安装
The suction box is raised onto the foundation work and is roughly aligned along
the axis. After the rotor of the fan is installed the inflow fairing is aligned in the
suction box and is then welded in place.
进气箱要放置到基础上并要大致与轴对齐。当转子安装完后,进气箱要与整流罩对
其并焊接在位置上。
If the suction box is split, assembly and weld into one piece first. In this process,
maybe the drawing of suction box is useful.
如果进气箱被剖分,必须先将各个部件焊接到一起。在这个过程中,可能会用到进

4. Installation of the fan's active component

The fan's rotor is delivered as follows:
¾ Lower fan housing, with the rotor
¾ Upper fan housing
¾ Blades, removed for transport reasons

After mounting the blades according to the order arrangement plan, the lower
part of the fan housing with rotor is lifted onto the foundation block and is aligned
using the jacking screws. The upper housing is positioned on top and is then
bolted to the lower part.
根据安装计划的顺序安装完叶片之后,将带转子的下半机壳吊至基础上并与顶起螺
栓对准。将上半机壳放置上去并用螺栓紧固在下半机壳上。

5. Insert the intermediate shafts' protective casing into the suction box
5. 在进气箱中插入中间轴罩
To mount the intermediate shafts' protective tube and the intermediate shaft, the
front part of the inflow fairing is removed.
在安装中间轴和中间轴罩前,必须先移开整流罩的前半部分。
Before putting in the intermediate shaft the intermediate shafts' protective casing
is provisionally inserted into the suction box.
在安装中间轴前先暂时将中间轴罩插进进气箱中。
After fine alignment of the steel structure the intermediate shafts' protective
casing is fully installed.
将中间轴罩与钢结构件对齐后,安装过程才算完成。

6. Insert the intermediate shaft

The intermediate shaft is lifted from the motor-side through the opening
(motor-side) into the suction box. The intermediate shaft is to be raised to shaft
height in the inflow fairing by using appropriate supports.
通过进气箱电机侧的开孔装入中间轴。使用合适的支持将中间轴吊起至轴高度并装
进整流罩。

7. Mount the motor


7. 安装电机
The motor is to be delivered by the supplier. The fine alignment of the motor is
carried out together with the fan's rotor.

8. Insert the fan-side coupling into the rotor and motor-side coupling with the
intermediate shaft and brake (optional)

Just before inserting the coupling and brake disk (optional) remove any
protective materials and coatings from all the parts, then lightly grease them
(without the brake surface on the disk).

Normally, the fan-side half coupling is already factory mounted on the fan's rotor.

The intermediate shaft is directly bolted onto the fan-side half coupling. On the
motor-side, the brake disk (optional) is mounted between the coupling and the
intermediate shaft and bolted to the coupling and the intermediate shaft.
风机侧半联轴器之间用螺栓安装在中间轴上。在电机侧,制动阀(可选)要安装在联
轴器和中间轴之间并用螺栓进行连接。

9. Fine alignment of the plant parts

Alignment takes place after the erection of the fan, the ducts and the motor.
安置好风机、管道和转子之后尽心中心校正。
Take great care not to fill the anchor boxes with concrete.
注意不要对地脚螺栓箱进行灌浆。
10. Mount the braking system (optional)

The brake is to be aligned according to the installation scale drawing. The
securing bolts are to be tightened to the torque given in the drawing. The
proximity initiators for signaling the "Brake off" position should be adjusted to a
distance of maximum 2 mm.

器上标示“制动”记号的位置必须调整到距离最大位置2mm。

11. Oil supply unit installation

The oil supply unit is to be erected near by the fan housing on the operator's
side and mounted onto the concrete base and fixed by four expansion blots.

The factory installed hydraulic and lubrication connections in the moving part of
the fan, and the connections on the brake and motor are to be connected to the
oil supply unit's relevant connections using pipes and hoses.
风机转子上的液压调节系统和润滑油系统的连接部分以及制动阀和电机的连接部
分必须用管道与油站进行连接。
After mounting the oil tank, fill it with the indicated oil type up to the indicated oil
level mark on the tank. Afterwards all pipelines are to be flushed through.
Observe the amount of dirt collected by the filter during the flushing procedure,
when the dirt level reaches the limit change the filter.
安装完油站之后,充入指定型号的润滑油至指定的油平面。将所有的管道彻底冲洗,
再冲洗过程中观察滤网上收集到的污物,当污物数量到指定标准之后更换滤网。
In order to detect any leaks, all the pipelines are flushed through under pressure
for at least 24 hours. During this test all gauges and indicator devices are also to
be checked and adjusted if required.
所有的管道要在指定压力下进行冲洗至少24个小时以便检查泄露。在测试过程中也
要检查和调整所有的测量和指示仪器。

13. Mount the rotation speed monitor (optional)

The initiators are mounted onto to a bracket which is to be fixed to the disc
brake (optional) console. The distance between the active surface of an initiator
and the switching plate is to be 3 mm maximum.

14. Mount the vibration monitor

The vibration monitor receivers are to be mounted on a special external bracket
on the main bearing. The evaluation unit is mounted on a bracket on the
foundation block.

15. Install the stall alarm device

The Petermann pipe is arranged viewed in the "flow direction", on the right of the
fan housing in front of the impellor wheel. The pressure switch is mounted on a
bracket on the foundation block. The pressure switch is connected via pressure
measuring circuits with the Petermann pipe (+ side) and also with a pressure
measuring connector on the air inlet nozzle's outlet (- side).
毕托管逆着气流流动方向安装在叶轮前方的机壳的右侧。压力开关安装在固定在基

connection plans and then wired to a junction box.

Two compensators are set at both ends of fan housing, which is to reduce the
vibration from fan housing to ducts. The compensator is made of composite, and
is half or quarter in a whole part. Some steel bands are set to press the
composite parts to fan housing. The drawing of compensator will be supplied to
help to install it.
两个用来减少从机壳传导到管路上的振动的减震器分别安装到机壳的前端和后端。

The ordering of the fan blades around the impeller is carried out according to the
weight after weighing the individual blades. For identification purposes each
blade is to be marked with the relevant blade shaft number.

The blade shaft number is embossed on:

The bolts for securing the blade can be dismantled and


assembled again up to three times.
In no case are the bolts to be used for longer than six years.

The bolts must be changed at a shorter interval:

¾ when there is mechanical damage or corrosion.

Bolts which were heated to loosen them must not be re-used.

As the connection bolts between the blades and the blade shaft
are under heavy mechanical strain and as they are very
important for the operating safety of the fans, special demands
are set regarding quality and product liability.

Only cylindrical bolts with the stamp "10.9 SBW" must be


used. By non-compliance with this instruction all rights to
compensation claims by the operator against SBW are
cancelled!

叶片和叶柄间的连接螺栓承受着很大的机械应力,而且由于该螺
栓对风机安全运行的重要性,对于螺栓质量和产品责任需要有特
殊的规定。

4.5 Alignment of drive motor’s shaft system, rotor

INFORMATION GENERAL
总体介绍
RIGIFLEX® shaft coupling is an all steel construction. SBW introduced the
techniques for RIGIFLEX® shaft coupling, the real balancing coupling, from BSI
co., Germany. By the aid of the elastic deformation of the spring shackles, it can
compensated the axial, angular and radial displacement of the shafts to be
interconnected, which are caused by the assembling errors, thermal shaft
expansion during operation, the shaft elastic deformation, bearing wear, the
foundation subsidence and the mechanical vibration. It is convenience for
assembling and adjusting the couplings. During operation, there are no friction
and wearing inside. The disc flange is made of high strength mild-carbon steel,
and the spring shackles are made of special steel. The spring shackles arranged
form a spare are rigid in circumferential direction and flexible in axial direction,
permitting axial and angular displacement in any direction, with only negligible
effect. It is no need for maintenance. Working below 150°C, no any failure will
happen.
刚挠性联轴器是钢结构件。上鼓公司从德国BSI公司引进了刚挠性联轴器的技
术。通过弹性膜片的弹性变形,刚挠性联轴器可以补偿相互连接的轴之间由于装配

With boiler fans with external three-phase motor the drive is through an
intermediate shaft and 2 half couplings. Each half coupling is fitted with a plate
stack and is able to accept angular offset △Kw, radial offset △Kr and axial offset
△Ka to a limited degree.
锅炉风机由外部的三相电动机通过中间轴和两个半联轴器驱动。每个半联轴器
有相应的膜片配合,允许角位移△Kw,径向位移△Kr和轴向位移△Ka。

The axial and radial alignment of the drive chain with intermediate shaft and
steel plate coupling is to be carefully carried out according to the instructions in
this SBW operating instruction, in order to avoid damage to the steel plates of
the coupling and motor bearings, as well as unacceptable vibration stimulus.
The correct axial alignment of the drive chain is obtained by measuring the S1
gap while taking into account the motor's bearing arrangement, the correct radial
alignment regarding radial offset and coaxial alignment of the motor axis and fan
rotor axis by measuring the installation offset △S1.
为了避免剧烈的振动或者对联轴器的钢板或电机轴承造成损坏,请按照上鼓公
司的操作说明对中间轴和联轴器进行搬运。考虑到电机轴承的偏差,通过测量间隙
S1进行主动链的轴向校准。考虑到径向偏差和电机与风机轴心的偏差,通过测量
装置的偏差△S1进行径向校准。

Fundamentally, the axial and radial alignment is checked by measuring the


S1 gaps with the caliper rule with digital display in the 4 positions (1-3, 2-4) on
the circumference of the coupling flange on the motor-side and fan-side.
Through these measurements you also inevitably get the installation offset △
S1.
总的来说,轴向和径向校准通过使用带有4位的数字显示屏的卡钳测量电机侧
和风机侧的联轴器法兰圆周的间隙S1来进行。尽管在这些测量中不可避免地会受

The installation offset △S1 or the angular offset between both coupling
flanges can also be measured using a dial gauge, as shown below.
The difference △S1can be measured by turning the rotor several times through
180° steps and with 2 dial gauges, arranged offset at 180°.

PERMISSIBLE INSTALLATION OFFSET △S1

Offsetting the motor axis to the fan rotor axis in the form of radial offset ?Kr
and angular offset △Kw is to be kept within acceptable limits. The resulting
installation offset △S1 between the coupling flanges is calculated by measuring
the S1 gaps at the four measuring points.
电机轴线和风机轴线之间的误差形式包括径向位移△Kr和角位移△Kw,两者必
须保持在允许的范围内。两个联轴器法兰之间的安装误差△S1可以通过4个测量点

The permissible installation offset △S1 depending on the diameter of the
coupling flange is shown in the following diagram.

BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE AXIAL AND RADIAL ALIGNMENT


轴向和径向校准的基础知识
The alignment of the drive chain is carried out observing the following
criteria:

As a rule with fresh air blowers and primary blowers the lengthways
expansion △L0 of the drive chain caused by differences between the
temperature at installation and the operating temperature can be ignored, as
also the change in the levels between the fan rotor axis and the turning axis of
the motor △H (△Kr ).
一般说来,送风机和一次风机的主动链在安装温度和运行温度之间的轴向热膨
胀△L0可以忽略不计,同样转子轴线和电机轴线之间的水平位移△H (△Kr )也
可以忽略不计。
The drive chain is also so aligned that on the half couplings between the
flanges the nominal S1 gap in the 4 measuring points (1-3, 2-4) is within the
limits of the acceptable installation offset △S1.
通过4个测点测出的两个半联轴器法兰之间的间隙S1小于最大安装误差△S1,
则主动链校准完毕。
Even by exhaust fan systems with an average temperature of 160-170℃ it
is enough to only take into consideration the lengthways expansion of the drive
chain. The change in the levels of the fan rotor axis to the turning axis of the
motor results in, as checks on several examples show, an angular offset △Kw
of 0.04 to 0.06°, which has an negligible influence on the life expectancy of the
coupling plates and the quiet running of the fan rotor.
引风机的平均温度为160-170℃,此时需要考虑进热膨胀长度。风机轴线和电
机轴线之间的水平位移会导致0.04 °到 0.06°的角位移,但是这不会对联轴器的寿
命或风机运行时的平稳性造成影响。
Taking into account the height difference △H (△Kr )between the fan rotor
axis and the turning axis of the motor requires a significantly higher engagement
during installation. In the first step it would be so installed that there is coaxial
alignment of both axes, in the second step the motor would be adjusted
upwards by a value of △H.
考虑到风机轴线和转子轴线的高度误差△H (△Kr ),在安装过程中需要更高的
接合点。首先将两个轴安装到同轴的位置上,之后将电机调整到轴线高度误差小于
△H的位置。
In connection with the lengthways alignment to be considered at the same
time, this procedure is lengthy and leads to misunderstandings and as checked
examples show, is not normally necessary.
如果同时要考虑轴向间隙,这个过程很冗长而且可能会产生别的错误。如示例
所示,这个过程并不是必要的。
Despite this, in extreme cases (very high average temperature) it is to be
checked whether the axial offset △Ka on the half couplings in relation to the
angular offset △Kw, is smaller than the coupling manufacturer's limit values.

Note that the values for the axial offset △Ka apply on both of the two half
couplings (2 plate stacks).

5. Operation specification

5. 操作规范

5.1 Commission, start-up, test run

5.1 启动、测试运行
After commission of the installation works, the fan will be put into operation
as described in the following.
完成安装工作之后,将风机按照下述步骤投入运行。

5.1.1 Measuring before the first commission


首次运行前的检测
Before the first commission the following works will have be executed.
在第一次运行前要进行下列工作。
The measuring stubs have to be blown through with compressed air so that
all bore holes will be purged.
对所有的测量孔进行吹风,用压缩空气吹走其中可能残留的渣滓。
The feeding of the pressure switch of the Petermann-tube has to be cleaned.
清理毕托管的压力开关。
All lubricating points indicated in the lubricating and maintenance
specification have to be filled with the specified oil or grease quantity respectively.
Maximum and minimum oil lever has to be checked at the oil-level indicator of the
oil-hydraulic unit.
在润滑和维护设备中要分别装满特定的润滑油或油脂。在油站的油平面监视器
上查看最高和最低的油平面。
All ducts, tube and flange connections the oil-hydraulic and lubricating
system will have to be checked upon tightness.
液压调节系统和润滑油系统的所有管道和法兰连接处要检查紧固程度。
At the oil-hydraulic unit all flow control valves and pressure relief valves will
have to be adjusted to the values indicated in the instrumentation list (for details
see oil unit instrumentation). All control functions, which are necessary for the
protection of the first commission will have to be tested.
根据说明(具体数值见油站说明书)调整液压调节装置的流量控制阀门和安全阀。

Check the blade adjustment. The blades have to be moved several times into
the final positions. In case of 0° of the indicator on the scale the blades have to
be also in the 0°position. Then the blades will be brought into start position.
检查叶片调节装置。转动提高叶片数次直至达到最终位置。当指示器显示 0°时
叶片也必须处于 0°位置。这样叶片就处于启动位置。
The fans have to be examined with regard to tools and other foreign objects,

as well as the ducting and the ventilation ducts in front of and behind the fan. All
access doors have to be closed.

Drive motor, oil supply unit and supervision equipment have to be examining
according to the description of the manufacturers.

5.1.2 Start-up

After termination of the start-up the fan will be released for the test run.

The starting of the fan will be realized at smallest blade position.
在叶片处于最小角度的时候启动风机。
The bearing temperature of the main bearing has to be controlled.
必须控制主轴承的轴承温度。
During the first minutes the temperature will be recorded until the final
temperature is attained.
在最终温度达到前必须对温度进行记录。

Attention: It is not allowed to drive the fan in the stall area.


注意:风机不允许在喘振区域运行。

The measuring results of the test run will be recorded.

5.1.3 Test run


测试运行
If agreed, a test run of several days will be made after termination of the first
start up. During the test run the integration of the fan into the total system will be
examined especially.
在允许的情况下,第一次启动之后最好进行持续数天的测试运行。在测试运行

The bearing temperatures have to be observed during the test run.
在测试运行期间必须观察轴承温度。
During the test run the future operating personnel has to be skilled and has to
be informed about details of the plant.

The fan vibration velocity shall less than 4.0mm/s.If fan vibration >6.3mm/s,
alarm-reduce fan output by reducing blade pitch (closing blades). IF fan
vibration > 11 mm/s, trip fan.

The temperature rise of the bearing shall be less than 40℃, the actual
temperature shall be less than 80℃.

The vibration of Fan/Motor shall be measured to ensure that the actual
vibration is not exceeded the maximum level recommended by the manufacturer.

5.1.4 Continuous operation

Particularly the regulations for prevention of accidents have to be adhered to
when using the fans. The operation of the fan will be performed according to the
operation instruction, Chapter 5.2.

5.1.5 Search for faults


查找故障
If any faults arise during the fan operation the search for faults if possible
repair of the faults can be performed in accordance with the enclosed schedule
for the search for faults as well as in accordance with the operating instruction,
Chapter 5.2.4. In case of grave faults SBW has to be informed.
如果在风机运行期间出现故障,可以根据附件或者运行说明就行故障查找工作。

5.2 Examination of adjusting difficulties

If adjusting difficulties arise at the fans the following examinations will have

5.3.4 Shut down sequence


关闭步骤
1) Close blades
2) Close outlet damper
3) Stop motor
4) Let lube unit run for minimum of 10 minutes of stopping for service
1) 闭合叶片
2) 关闭出口节气阀
3) 将电机停转
4) 让润滑油系统继续运转 10 分钟,之后停止运行
