    Size: 54 cm

    Yarn
    60g of Norfolk Yarna (60% merino wool, 30% silk, 10% nylon, 175 м in 50g) using one thread and 50g
    Harmony Lana Gatto (100% merino wool, 1500 м in100 г) using 4 threads.

    If you use alternative yarn, it should be 180 м in100 g.

    Needles
    3.5mm/US4 and 4mm/US6 circular needles (40 см).

    1х1 rib: k1, p1

    False English rib:


    Round 1: *k2, p2 *, repeat from * to * to the end of the round. 2
    Round2: *k1, p2, k1 *, repeat from * to * to the end of the round. 1
    Repeat these two rounds. - knit.
    - purl.

    Gauge
    21 stitches and 29 rows = 10см with 4mm needles (slightly stretched).

    Pattern:

    Ribbing

    Using 3,5 needles cast on 97 stitches and join for knitting in the round being careful not to twist
    your work. PM to indicate the beginning of the round. For invisible joining knit the first stitch and
    pass it through the last casted stitch. Now you have 96sts. on your needles.

    Work 13,5 см (40rounds) with 1х1 rib. Change to larger needles and work with False English
    ribbing following the chart or written instruction. When your hat measures 14,5 см (42 rounds)
    from 1x1 rib, start crown shaping.

    Crown Shaping

    Continue as following:

    Round 1: PM, k2, *p1, k3tog with central st.


    in front (= slip two stitches knitwise, k1, pass
    the slipped sts over), p2, k2*, repeat from * to
    * to the last 2 sts. before the BOR marker,
    p2. Now you have 72 sts on your needles.

    Round 2: PM, k1, p1, *p1, k1, p1, k2, p1*,


    repeat from * to * to the last 2 sts. before
    the BOR marker, p1, transfer the BOR
    marker 1 st right.

    Round 3: * k3tog with central st. in front, p1,


    k1, p1*, repeat from * to * to the end of the
    round. Now you have 48 sts on your
    needles.

    Round 4: *PM, k1, p1*, repeat from * to * to the end of the round.

    Round 5: PM, *k1, k3tog with central st. in


    front *, repeat from * to * to the end of the
    round. Now you have 24 sts on your
    needles.

    Round 6: PM, k24.

    Finishing

    When your hat measures 30 см (88rows)


    from the cast-on edge, break yarn, thread
    through remaining stitches and fasten off.
    Using the tapestry needle, weave in any
    loose ends on the WS. Handwash your hat,
    let it dry, turn up 8cm of ribbing part and
    wear with pleasure 
