Gera Developments buys 22-acre land parcel in Pune for INR 180 Cr
Gera Developments has purchased 22-acre land parcel in Wagholi in
Pune from Goel Ganga Group. The deal is valued at INR 180 Cr. Gera
Developments plans to develop a child-centric residential project on the
said land parcel. The project will be developed in phases over the next
four years. The land parcel has total development potential of 1.5 million
sqft.

M Pallonji Group has bought Turner Morrison Building in Fort’s Kala


Ghoda locality in South Mumbai. The deal is valued at INR 150 Cr. The
property is a Ground+4 floors building with a total built-up area of
54,000 sqft. The Turner Morrison Building houses Cox & Kings and
legal firm Crawford Bayley besides Turner Morrison. October 2018

DHFL sold DHFL House for INR 121 Cr


Dewan Housing Finance (DHFL) has sold DHFL House in the Andheri,
Mumbai to promoters of Charak Pharma for INR 121 Cr. The property is
a 90,000 sqft development on a half an acre of land. The building has
been leased to Book-MyShow India at a rental of INR 125 sqft/month.

GIDC purchased 600,000 sqft space in GIFT City for INR 51 Cr


Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) has purchased
600,000 sqft space in Gujarat International Finance & Tech (GIFT) city.
The acquisition is valued at INR 51 Cr. GIDC plans to set up a center for
Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services
(IT/ITES).
